Jun 19,2024Let me start by saying I did eventually get a refund of the price I paid for the next day delivery that didn't happen. I did also eventually receive an extra filter - in the end. I think the last lady I spoke to in Customer Service took pity on me because I must have sounded so worn out from the lengthy abd disappointing process. So I contacted this company to order 2 x filters for my cooker hood extractor fan. I ordered two, PLUS I paid the extra for next day delivery. They didn't arrive even though their courier company emailed me with a date and time. After contacting this Company I eventually received the refund of the next day delivery price - eventually; then only one of the 2 ordered items arrived - after having to chase them yet again, and wait some more. Altogether I had to wait more than 2 weeks to received all my order (2 x filters). They took far too long to rectify the situation between themselves and their couriers. At the end of each chasing call I made I was left feeling like I may not get my goods or my money back. Considering I paid out for a next day delivery service, this was not a good experience at all.

Jun 14,20244 month old Sia induction hob faulty. Fails to reply to messages, demands call out fee for repairman upfront. Requests same information several times. I will avoid in future like a rash. If I could give zero stars I would.

Jun 14,2024I bought a cooker hood on April 11th this year for 114,99£. It had a dent. I send it back and had to pay for the return. It took the company 3 weeks to locate my returned item in their warehouse even though they themselves instructed the shipper. Finally after countless emails they stopped replying and wired me 99,99£ back after 5 weeks and deducted the shipping cost had paid for. Since then countless emails from my side but no reply. Absolutely appalling customer service and my bank will have to issue a charge back now. Shocking
