Jun 08,2024Bought an appliance, reported an issue and was directed to call the manufacturer. I refused as I had purchased the item from them plus I have minimal time to call a company waiting on hold etc so continued to email Ship It Appliances for them to deal. I repeatedly emailed with slow responses from them with the same fob off response to call the manufacturer. I emailed to say if I had not heard back this week I would uninstall the defect item and request return details for a refund. Now I am being told I need to reinstall it for the manufacturer to come out and fix or replace. Absolutely NOT going to happen. I would rather see them in court than bow down to their poor customer service and negligence from the start. I’d swerve this company and pay a little more from a retail store where you can go in to speak face to face with any issues. Terrible contact speed and frustrating fob off tactics.

Jun 07,2024Philips Azure iron arrived in just the box with no wrapping at all. Not even sealed or cellotaped at the opening. Slight delay but I did order near the weekend plus bank holiday so? Nice iron bad packing will see how things go.

Jun 05,2024Don't buy anything from this company! the cheap chinese crappy machine was delivered through a business who are just a front for this company who import very badly made machines from china, I informed them the heating was not working, and their answer was to DO A VIDEO OF THE MACHINE! which is hilarious! as the fault was the heating element INSIDE the machine! As I am a qualified electronics engineer I fixed the fault myself as they were going to try to charge me £119.00 to call out their repair man! The machine was defective straight out of the box, and it is the worst washing machine I have ever seen, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WITH THE NAME SIA ON IT! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Jun 05,2024UPDATE - This company has now given me a full refund. Been fighting for 7 months now to get a refund on a faulty set of oven/fan/hob package deal. The oven and hob both faulty. Eventually after me getting my bank involved they have agreed to refund the hob and oven but this has taken 7 months of emails, waiting for engineers etc. The fan was part of the package so out of decency you would think they would refund this too but they wont. I have bought another matching set off another company so am stuck with this unwanted fan now.

Jun 03,2024Stay away from this company! I have being trying since January this year to return a faulty wine cooler. I have been passed from Ship It to the manufacturer and back again. Eventually they agreed to a refund and organised a courier to come and collect the item, apart from the fact no one turned up. So I had to ring again and ask for it be collected. It was picked up a month ago now and I still don’t have a refund. Days go by between emails being answered and no one from management has called me as I have requested on a couple of occasions. Other than to keep calling and complaining I am not sure what else I can do!! I will not be ordering from Ship It Appliances again!
