Aug 11,2016Good service, little breakage and well timed. However their estimator underestimate the load by about 50% leaving us owing considerably more money then they projected. Their estimators need better or buyer beware of underestimate to get the contract ....

Jul 24,2016Within 3 hours I was able to arrange the shipment of a piece of furniture of great sentimental value, via 2 e-mails and a lovely staff person who worked with me on the phone. Pick up was on time and price and contract seemed fair. The item arrived on time after a journey of 2,000 miles. I felt quite grateful.

They were well organized, courteous, helpful, on time and terrific. Every aspect of the shipment to 4 different locations from the pick up, the transport, to the delivery of each one was perfect. We could not be happier and the 4 persons to whom the deliveries were made were very pleased also. We give Ship Smart the highest ratings !!!!!!

I have used their services twice now and all schedule shipments have been spot on time and no Damages to any personal belongings. Takes the stress and worries away. Great service period.

Jun 30,2016The entire staff at Ship Smart were stellar - from my first inquiry and estiamte, to assisting me with the forms and calculating the insurance, to their patience until the shipment was actually scheduled. The crew that delivered the boxes and furniture were on time, professional and very careful with all my stuff. I discovered one small item was broken in a box Ship Smart packed and they paid for its replacement without any hassle. All and all an excellent experience.

Jun 30,2016From our initial phone call, we received accurate helpful information. Our items were extremely well packed, and delivery occurred as promised. Because we were shipping family heirlooms, we were nervous. However, our experience was thoroughly good from start to finish. We will use them again for small shipments.
