Jun 29,2016It was well worth your service. My sister only had a few items to be moved from CA and didn't want to move them thinking I could just buy them for her. Her items had a lot of sentimental thoughts that she had for years. Now I am so happy we heard about Ship Smart. Thank you.

Jun 29,2016Ship Smart got the antique clock that has been in my family for decades to Virginia from Boston, MA. The clock arrived perfectly packaged in a crate that is virtually indestructible. Care had been taken to wrap each component and insure that it was packaged to withstand just about anything! I highly recommend Ship Smart!

Jun 29,2016I used ShipSmart because I'd contracted another mover, who was holding onto my furniture in their Storage area and continued to increase my cost to ship from MD to San Francisco Bay Area, CA, from their original quote. I was appalled at their lack of ethics, and I thought I was going to have to call a lawyer to get my furniture. I called ShipSmart instead. They gave me a quote promptly and picked up my furniture within 2 days and it arrived about 1 week later and delivered inside. Saviors with a Smile and so professional. I'll never use any other mover but ShipSmart!!!

They made it easy to ship my china, crystal and silverware to my niece in Colorado from my home in California. All pieces arrived in good shape which is a tribute to the ability of the on-site packers. I highly recommend Ship Smart to anyone looking for a company to do small shipments on an intrastate basis. Jan 09,2016Smart Ship is a great alternative to the large shipping companies. The team I worked with was thorough, explained in detail how the cross state shipping worked and answered questions along the way. Pre-arranged pickup and drop off dates were kept and the materials shipped were wrapped so there would not be any damages. Any concerns were taken care of immediately and communication was as frequent as I wanted it to be. The company also followed up to make sure the materials were delivered and I, as the customer, was satisfied with the experience. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a small shipment across country or local. Thanks to the customer who recommended them.

Dec 19,2015Impressed with responsiveness and with the quality of the packing. Best I've seen and that's after many, many moves over my 35 year Air Force career. Used your services three times this year, although its pricey I'd use you again but thought as a 3X customer I might get a better break on the price.

Dec 18,2015The quote was double from nine hundred. They brought it down a couple hundred dollars. The creating was excellent and arrived undamaged. Good communication. Friendly just the quoting.....thumbs up. Do recommend ship smart service.

Nov 25,2015My delivery was for 2 antique dressers. My grandparents passed away and these were heirlooms, therefore precious to me. They had to travel from Stafford, VA to San Antonio, TX. A few bumps prior to pick-up didn't stop the delivery from happening. My mom was ill and had to cancel pick-up twice. Everyone was accommodating from pick-up to drop off. The delivery was the best in every respect.
