This was an excellent choice on our part....stress free move from Canada to New Mexico. The packing was superb. Would use them again!

I shopped around before deciding to ship with Ship Smart and I couldn't have been more pleased with the professional service, the time frame of them packing and shipping my item, and the top shelf level of communication by their team from start to finish with me regarding my requested service. One more thing; the price was the lowest of all of my other inquiries with other companies. I wouldn't go with anyone else in the future. I am honestly, ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER after my experience with Ship Smart.

We wanted to move several pieces of furniture from Virginia to Texas. Ship Smart make this move easy! Every aspect of the move from the first telephone call to the online order to the pick-up to the delivery was excellent. I would definitely recommend Ship Smart, Inc. to anyone wanting to move furniture but did not need a moving van.

I used Ship Smart to ship 2 chairs & a marble topped table from TX to MN. Representatives on the phone were courteous, helpful & professional. Two men who picked up furniture were professional & careful. Furniture arrived in MN without damage. I plan to use Ship Smart again for a shipment to AZ.

We needed to ship a small amount of furniture to our son across country and no mover was interested in our business, but one suggested we try Ship Smart. Our experience was very positive. They were efficient, packed everything VERY well, no damage, shipment arrived on time with good advance warning. NO complaints at all. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

I found Ship Smart in an online search, and decided to give them a call. I had 2 antique corner cabinets to ship from a storage area in Portland Or to Houston Tx. I had previously used UPS to send a grandfather clock and will never make that mistake again. This company was incredibly professional. Answered all the questions I had. They contacted a local company who came to storage area to pick up the cabinets. The people who arrived were also very professional and quick. They had all the necessary equipment to safely transport it in their truck back to their office, where they packed it for shipping. The entire process took about 2 weeks from the original call to delivery. When it was delivered, the company that handled that took them into the house, unwrapped them and placed them, and took the packing stuff with them, something I was happy to pay a little extra for. I am still amazed at how wonderful they are.

Ship Smart is very affordable, efficient, warm and friendly. They packaged the items i had shipped with great care, and were willing to work with my schedule. i will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good, solid company to ship a small amount of items.

I tried the lower priced companies to try and save a buck and I was honestly disgusted with how they misrepresent themselves and the service that was to be provided. I paid ship mart more $ and was greeted by gentlemen and treated well on both ends of the move. Worth the higher cost no doubt.

Before moving, I shipped two items in two directions--Alaska and Arkansas. Ship Smart made the arrangements with me, picked up dining table and large carpet, packed, and shipped. Both were received as promised--both family members were impressed with Ship Smart service and packing. I was free of pressure, thanks to Ship Smart.

For a small interstate move likes mines, I found ShipSmart efficient, fast and reliable over the large commercial movers. I requested a quote on a Thurs. and my things were delivered in about a week. I was impressed with the care exercised when they packed my items. As a result, not a single thing was damaged during transit. I highly recommend ShipSmart.

I chose Ship Smart because they specialize in small moves and they allowed me to choose the date and time for my pick up, which was very important. The final cost (based on weight) was a little more than I expected but still reasonable. The local agents in Baltimore, MD were excellent. They were on time, efficient and professional. The delivery of my items, however, was disappointing. Reddaway, the local agent in Southern California, missed the first delivery date because they "had the wrong truck ordered". They didn't even call me to tell me they weren't showing up. I had to call the next day to find out why they didn't arrive. We scheduled again and they didn't show up AGAIN because they neglected to ensure my order was properly scheduled. They finally delivered on the third try. Everything was present, nothing was broken but it was very unprofessional to miss two scheduled deliveries and not even call me to let me know what had happened.

Ship Smart is a terrific company to work with! I highly recommend them and will definitely use their service again in the future if needed. I had a piece of furniture shipped, which arrived quickly and undamaged. Furthermore, their staff was friendly and helpful. If you need furniture shipped, choose Ship Smart!

Shipsmart was recommended by a company I had called that did not provide services for the size of shipment I needed to make. From first contact, every person I talked with was professional, patient with all my questions and just exemplary! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone seeking shipping. Shipment arrived in perfect condition in a timely way. So glad I used Shipsmart!
