Jul 28,2015Our family has used Ship Smart on two occasions when we were clearing out parents' homes and needed to send things to relatives all over the country. They make it so easy! They are reliable and very flexible, updating plans with no problem as things change. They check in to confirm timing so there aren't any glitches. The people they work with on the receiving end are similarly flexiblle, with a can-do attitude. Both times we used Ship Smart we were going through a very emotional process and it was a great comfort to have this caliber of professionalism taking care of the details. Highly recommend them.

Jul 08,2015I recently used ShipSmart to ship a few furniture items from my Mom's estate in Maryland to my home in a remote town in Colorado. The folks from ShipSmart were terrific and their services came in well under the quotes from similar companies. I found them to be professional on both ends of the journey and my items were delivered within two weeks. Most companies were telling me 2-3 months. Thanks ShipSmart, you made a difficult time a little easier. I highly recommend!!

Jul 08,2015The pick-up of furniture in Florida went very well. The furniture waited in a storage in Largo,FL for a while before being picked up. That was the only part I wish had gone more quickly. The furniture arrived in San Antonio pretty quickly. It was delivered to our house smoothly.

Jul 05,2015I was pleased with the handling of my 7 piece victorian parlor set that I shipped from Florida to Kansas. My concern was that the pieces would not arrive intact. The receiver informed me that each piece was shrink wrapped and boxed on pallets. I would use this service again!

May 30,2015After our mother died, I used ShipSmart to pickup, pack, transport and unpack my sister's portion of their furniture, because she lives at the other end of California. They arrived just when they said they would, both at Mom's house and at my sister's. They packed and loaded everything up in just a couple of hours. When they delivered the goods about 10 days later, everything was in perfect condition. They helped my elderly sister and brother-in-law, by unpacking each piece and carrying it into the room where they wanted it. Again, they did it all in just a couple of hours, even though there was a lot of big furniture. Making the arrangements for the move was quite easy, and straightforward. Most importantly, we all felt that they treated us and our well loved furniture with respect and care.

May 29,2015We had a furniture load of about 350 pounds that was too small for traditional movers to be bothered with so we tried Ship Smart. It was efficient from pickup in Houston to delivery in Denver with both of those scheduled at times of our convenience. Packing was excellent. Would use them again.

Aug 11,2015I had wicker furniture shipped from Long Island, New York to the Pittsburgh are. I was concerned that it would be damaged, especially because I did not buy insurance. There was no need for me to worry. It was packaged very well and there was absolutely no damage whatsoever. I recommend them for any small furniture moves. I did complain about their final shipping rates. They were very courteous and worked with me and felt their final rate was fair.
