Mar 28,2023We were looking for an integration to link our website orders to our new Parcelforce account, and after contacting several companies, Shiptheory came out on top. Not only did it tick all our 'needs' boxes - order information pulled through automatically so no copy and pasting, bulk printing of labels, tracking links sent back to the website orders automatically so when you 'complete' the order the customer email has tracking links in their notification email (orders could complete and send emails automatically as well, but for our needs we needed that to be a separate step), to highlight a few of the positives - but they were reasonably priced and the only company with a UK phone number where you could speak to real people, who knew their stuff and were so so helpful in helping to get us set up. Not only did Josh and the team set up rules to automate certain elements of our process, but we were given great advice on other areas as well to help us streamline and automate as much as possible. Highly recommend the Shiptheory system, and so glad we've opted for them with our new courier in place. Thanks so much for all the support.

Mar 14,2023Been trying to change our couriers and encountered some issues with our shipping rules. Spoke to RJ on the live chat who was very helpful and arranged for Henry to call and help us. Henry was absolutely amazing, super helpful and patient. I'm afraid I'm not fully clued up on everything 'Shiptheory' but Henry was and was able to fix our problem efficiently and very speedily indeed. True patience of a saint and brilliant service. Absolutely saved the day! Thank you so much Henry!

We use multiple carriers, and delivery services are selected automatically based on the rules which we have put in place within our account. The online tutorials and instructions are clear so set-up was easy, and the technical support from staff has always been helpful, easy to access and fast. Having previously used Metapack for our label integration, we are now using Shiptheory which is an all round better experience. Thanks Shiptheory

Mar 03,2023Any queries or new on boarding issues we have are dealt with promptly. If something is not answered there and then , they keep the loop open on feeding back updates to us. Their help desk is very prompt on answering the calls and very knowledgeable.
