Jan 25,2023Excellent Customer Service! I started at my job in June and I have never worked with any kind of shipping management platform, nevermind Shiptheory, so I found it quite daunting. However, the customer service is above and beyond! Any problem I've had, I email Customer Support and I've had a response within 24 hours. Not only have they been fast with their replies, they've also worked really hard to walk me through the platform, teach me about the features and even help me with my Shopify platform. Can't recommend their customer service enough - a special shout out to George who has been particularly kind and helpful!

Jan 18,2023I've been a customer of ShipTheory for over 8 years and I've got to say that a recent experience has prompted me to leave this review. Developing a new website can be stressful and a variety of integrations and channels can be very confusing to even the best of developers but the support I've had from the team at ShipTheory has been exemplary. Problem solving and helping to work out an issue I've had, helping to adjust settings and test a solution, all while on a live chat was brilliant and gave me confidence in their ability to successfully get the issue sorted out and it was. This was not even a ShipTheory issue but one with my website, yet their support was still superb meaning I can 'Go live' with my new website sooner than expected. The system itself is easy to use and set up and I've been with them for many years which I hope shows how much I value their service. You won't be disappointed I can assure you.

Their support is world-class and they answered our emails within minutes, which ended up with them arranging a video call to help with any questions that we had and to guide us through the entire setup process. They held our hand throughout the entire onboarding and setup process and it was a delight to see a company operating at such a professional level & all with a smile. The process of printing labels is now so simple for us and their platform is simple to use, well thought out, and just works.. No Stress no Drama! I tried many different automation solutions to connect our DPD account to our Squarespace commerce site but none of them were perfectly aligned to what we wanted, most needed some level of human intervention. Josh from ShipTheory ran some demos and we instantly knew this was the perfect solution to implement. Thanks to ShipTheory's wizardry our process is now fully automated and with two clicks our orders are fulfilled, labels printed, and customers are notified - exactly what we wanted. This allows us to upscale our business by spending more time fulfilling orders and less time processing shipping labels and notifying customers. P.S. If you're reading this review and you are interested - you need Josh, he is awesome customer service personified!
