Dec 10,2018Excellent service from them directly after the contractor failed to follow up on a bracket required to finally pass the building inspector. Bracket supplied by courier FOC! Personnel couldn’t have been more helpful The balustrade itself is top class and we couldn’t be more happy with the result

Nov 29,2018We are very pleased with our SHS balustrade system which is on a new balcony. The staff at SHS were extremely pleasent and helpful and the Professional Balustrade System is a high quality product. The installation was quite straight forward and the instructions were good. The installation kit provided with the system contained the specialist tools that were needed and the tools were of good quality.

Nov 21,2018Great quality product, friendly and helpful staff. If you are intending to install a system with a handrail yourself, I would recommend you have access to a pillar drill, cutting fluids and some experience in drilling and tapping stainless steel.

Oct 06,2018Orderd a stainless steelhandrail and was told it was an easy fit ready to fix to a wall. When it arrived it came with all the screws but did not have pre drilled holes in the rail to fix the brackets too. After calling them to see what was going on they said that i had to do that myself by using a drill and tap kit. This had to be sent out and took over a week and another phone call as it had'nt arrived when they said. If you look on there web site it shows a video of a rail being fitted and also explains how to easy fit the rail to a wall. Nothing is mentioned about a drill and tap kit at all and i also was not told this when ordering. I also paid in full at the time of ordering and did not get delivery for two weeks . When i complained and asked for a deduction they did listen but only gave back a very small amount which didnt cover the cost for lost time and extra labour to mess about drilling the bracket holes. I feel that i have been totally mislead and for that reason i would certainly not recomend this company.

Sep 06,2018I had a railing system fitted in Jan of this year , since then some of the wire cables have come loose /de tensioned and require re crimping /tighetneing - I have tried several times to arrange for rectification with the company and have been passed from pillar to post -- from Adam to Bryn to James then to Scott - Nothing has happened six weeks on - just a load of swerving and excuses - '' ive changed job positions etc'' not down to me , bascially passing the buck Ive even asked for a crimper to be sent so i could do myself - not impressed would not recommend if this is how they react to a post install problem

Aug 07,2018Do to holidays to fit the balustrades to take out the walls above the squash courts , they was very accommodating in sending 2 shipments due to a glass delay shipment. Balustrade fitted and then fitted glass 5 days later. 100% recommended and fitted in our timeline we needed by part shipment. Recommended highly , we will use them again.

I especially appreciate my order being fast tracked to meet a deadline at my end. - Once again many thanks SHS for a perfect purchasing experience. Jun 16,2018Sales staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my initial questions about balustrades. Spoke to them personally at the self build and renovation show at NEC. Of the 3 companies that were there they seemed to have the best price/product. We got a 10% discount via the show. The ordering process worked fine. The delivery arrived as promised and was free from marks. Had some questions during the installation that were answered promptly and comprehensively. Supplied all allen keys, tap kit, drills and a drill guide. It looks amazing now it's in. My only whine is the installation video is slightly out-of-date compared to what they actually supply.

Dec 17,2018Very good service and communication from SHS. With 12 no. plots requiring bespoke balconies, I was expecting a number of problems but everything went smoothly, The quoting, the checking, the fitting information and the delivery good and easy to work with. Definitely use them again..
