S.H.S. are a company who will supply and fit stainless steel balustrades and handrails for their customers, or as in my case they supplied all components for me to install. I found that the product was of good quality, well packed, arrived on time, and the support and advice that I received during installation was excellent, which really made the job much easier than I thought it would be. The end result is brilliant and affordable, well done S.H.S.

Great product, helpful staff who guided us through some difficulties with building regs and liaised with our architect and builder, good advice on the best product, fantastic fitters. A very positive experience and we are left with a great balustrade to our balcony.

Good design support but slightly let down with sending a few wrong parts. Bit of chasing to sort but did react efficiently in the end. Finished product appears very good.

Though I am a DIYer from finding stainless handrail systems.co.uk. on the web to Delivering my order I felt I was a valued customer to them and was treated in a very professional manner, I will be buying from them again when I finish building the rest of my garden.

So far I have no complaints about the service I have received from SHS nor with the product. I found SHS via the web and from my first dealings with Rebecca, through to the design team and then onto delivery (Farah), everything has gone really well. A nice group of people to deal with, swift communications back to me and I’m very happy with the look of the railings. A bit of a technical installation challenge which I need to work out but the install pack sent to do it all was good. Would certainly recommend SHS to others.

The product is of high quality and is straight forward construct. With this supply there was a shortage of bolts in the delivery and as a consequence rang SHS to ask if the bolts were in a package I had not seen or if not what specification was needed for me to purchase from local supplier. I made two calls and was only able to leave a message on your answer phone. I asked for a reply but have not yet received one. This is not satisfactory from a company with your reputation. A second difficulty is how to deal with ground that is not regularly level. How should this be resolved.

As this was my first foray into the world of Balustrading I was struggling to find a company that could deal with my requirements. I called SHS Products and outlined my request to Rebecca the lady on the end of the phone. I was immediately put at ease and the process explained to me. An email landed and I filled in the relevant information. A few questions the following day from David, sorted out the minor details and a price was given. The price explained exactly what I was to receive and the time scale involved. I accepted, paid a 50% deposit and a CAD drawing was sent for my approval and to show the client. Three weeks passed and the materials arrived on site as promised, well packaged and with all the tools required to install right down to the tap set to form the thread in the handrail, brilliant. The product is first class and looks superb in situ. A great thank you to all concerned, I would greatly recommend SHS products for any requirements that you may have.

sales staff very efficient and polite goods arrived on time only problem we had was no 3d drawing and no assistance from technical service after phone calls by us to them with no reply.

Excellent service from start to finish. Had a couple of "issues" with drawings but these were corrected by return email, and they sent the wrong size tube but once again they sent replacement the following day Very happy and would use them again

I am very impressed indeed with the product quality and superb customer service I recieved from the SHS Team that insured my balustrade project went to plan and was trouble free.In particular Rebecca Ashmore was a great help every step of the way. I have no hesitation in recommending SHS to anybody who understandably may be a little hesitant with ordering such a high value product online.
