Sep 05,2017A great product, fully living up to my expectations and exceeding it in the support equipment sent to me to install it. Taps drill, tapping tool and template for drilling all spot on, they even thought to add Locktite! Looks great in place and a great price!

All my friends and family have been very impressed and I would have no hesitation in using your services/products again or recommending you. May 31,2017I obtained an online quote from SHS. Because the quote exceeded the cost of the individual components I asked for a detailed breakdown of the quote This was refused. The explanation was that this is priced as a complete job not as components as per the website. Since the order would only be supplied as components I find this inexcusable. On an order of £1125 they had added £238 which they refused to itemise or explain. Sharp practice and well worth avoiding.

May 26,2017Recently I bought an "Elegance" balustrade system from SHS for decking at my home. I found the web-site explanatory and easy to negotiate. the ordering process was simple and all my contacts with the Company, either by e-mail or telephone were efficiently dealt with. The actual product was delivered on time and was of superb quality, looking marvellous in it's final position. Fitting instructions were comprehensive. I would not hestitate to recommend SHS to others.

Apr 28,2017Whole process was seamless from ordering to delivery. We have not yet erected the mirror finished balustrade but on taking delivery you can tell that it made from quality materials. Would have no hesitation in recommending or ordering from SHS again.

Mar 09,2017Really bad experience, would avoid. Placed a large order with them, gave card details over the phone for deposit and paid remainder when it was ready to ship. They missed part of the order off the shipment so had to call back and chase and they hadn't even realised they had missed it off. 6 months later I get a call to say they forgot to take the initial deposit because "as you can imagine we have lots of transactions to process" They give me the incorrect amount due over the phone and then a completely different figure by email asking us to check our account. Also they had added 2%credit card transaction on the final amount when we had paid by debit card. Next thing we know we get a solicitors letter through the post demanding payment otherwise court proceedings. Can't get through to them by phone and they have no voicemail and they haven't replied to my emails. Really bad service and unprofessional. In response to your reply I can confirm: 1. You didn't make contact with us in October 2016to alert us about the payment not having been taken. The first time you alerted us to this was on 22nd February. 2. You make out that you have made contact with us repeatedly since October 2016 which is a lie. You contacted us on 22nd February and then emailed me with the details of the mistake on 22nd February at 3.18pm to which I replied the same day at 3.29 saying we would check accounts and get back to you. . You replied on 22nd at 3.53 and then chased on the Monday at 1.45pm as we hadn't replied for a couple of days as we had been very busy and you then issued solicitors letters. I had tried calling you that week as I didn't have access to email and you won't have record of the call as I called from an ex directory number. IU emailed you on 9th March at 9.27am and you replied at 11.03. I then replied at 4.55pm and you then replied to me at 10.12 on 10th March. I have passed on your bank details to my husband to transfer the money which he will do this week. as I have already said. As you can see you have had plenty of responses and interaction from me and your comments below are a lie. At no point have we disputed anything or not wanted to pay for the balustrade. We needed time to check our accounts and instead you are trying to imply that we have deliberately tried to avoid paying which is rubbish.

Dec 08,2016After using the infinity glass balustrade system I can confirm that it is an absolute top quality product. I was delt with very well from ordering to the delivery, with clear instructions given on how to measure up and order the product. There was also a prompt and professional delivery. Installing the infinity glass couldn't be easier, when you have confirmed your measurements you are sent a plan with all the measurements needed for installation. If you stick to this plan you can't go far wrong. Overall I was very impressed with the product, from how I was delt with by shs, to the ease of installing, to how good the finished product looks. I would highly recommend the SHS infinity glass balustrade system.

Dec 06,2016SHS supplied everything I needed to install my balustrade. Not only did they supply the drills and taps to fix the handrail, they supplied tap wrench, Allen keys and even a template to drill and tap the handrails nice and square and to the correct hole centres. Excellent service.

Nov 05,2016We have just been supplied with an elegance glass and steel balustrade system. The whole buying process was handled efficiently and accurately. We were kept abreast of all relevant dates via email and the product was supplied before its estimated delivery date which was great. Delivery was arranged and executed with equal efficiency. The product is great and was very good value. I have been in the building industry for 25 years and I can honestly say that these guys are right up there. Brilliant service supplying an excellent product offering great value for money!!!

Sep 22,2016I did a lot of shopping around for my decking balustrade and spoke to a selection of sales people. Most of them quoted one price on line and then bumped it up massively when speaking in person, or once called said they couldn't actually deliver what was requested. So I was very pleased to deal with a genuinely friendly salesman at SHS, who was honest about prices and timescales from the beginning. Operational staff were patient and very helpful, and one minor issue that arose due to a piece of glass having a mark on it, was instantly taken responsibility for and sorted out. An excellent supplier that I would (and have) recommend highly.

Sep 15,2016After 5 grueling years this was the final bit of work to complete a total home renovation. Unlike many companies I have employed SHS where a joy to deal with and were true to their word. The customer service was top notch and also at a very competitive price. Daniel P the fitter was a breath of fresh air, hardworking (grafted non-stop in 30 c heat), polite, tided up without being prompted. If only more trades people could be like him, I'd have less grey hair! Overall really happy with the installation and product. Highly recommended
