The team are really responsive to emails and my doctor was really friendly and on hand to answer any questions I had about treatment. I really liked the flexibility of the appointment times and thought that my treatment was overall reasonably priced. The treatment has improved my life so I am very glad I did this through Skindoc!

Easy to book appointments and perfect for anyone who has a busy schedule or prefers things online. Dr Sree was very personable and understanding. This has changed the game for acne treatment.

Not only was the service fantastic, but it was a genuinely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. And if I ever need it… I would most definitely come back!

Jun 12,2023Amazing service and consultation. I would highly recommend, especially if you have been stuck seeing a number of different doctors throughout the years. I worked with Dr Sreedhar Krishna on 3 occasions around my eczema flare ups. I had a all over body eczema flare last year and nothing was working, even after seeing a number of dermatologists privately/using so many medicines. He really took a interest in understanding my history `and was relatable and easy to talk to. It was the first time I felt like I was being listened to. He provided me with clear guidance and steps. I felt reassured and comforted. I am now 90% better! I cannot thank Skindoc and the team enough. I have never felt so supported throughout my eczema journey. A huge thank you!

Jun 12,2023This is the first time I ever used Skindoc and I'm glad I did because it has saved me so much time and hassle from going to see a dermatologist in person. I was given a written report by the doctor going into detail for all of my reported symptoms, the solutions to those symptoms, as well as his recommendations based on the information and photos I gave him. I was given an online prescription via Phlo at the end of it as well as some skin care recommendations before trying more aggressive treatment. All in all, I'm very happy with the service I got and would recommend them to anyone requiring skin care without having to waste a GPs time (and yours!)

Jun 11,2023Dr Sreedhar Krishna and the Skindoc team have been wonderfully helpful and very swift in responses to any queries I have had. Dr Sree has put my quality of life and self confidence first which I have not had previously with other dermatologists. This meant a lot to me. I have been on the Accutane treatment and the end is near in sight. I can walk outside with no worries about what my skin looks like now. I understand that the prices may look daunting at first glance however I really do believe that the personal service and swift action from booking your consultation to beginning your treatment is so worth it. Also I saw this as investing in myself for permanent change. I enjoyed my online video consultations, the process was easy and Dr Sree always made me feel at ease and was never intimidating to speak with. He always insisted on emailing with any enquiries or concerns in between consultations at no charge. It has been a wonderful and easy experience with Skindoc and I would highly recommend for anyone looking to rid of their acne forever or for any other skin ailments.

Jun 09,2023Skindoc is a really great service. The online appointments minimise admin hassle and the staff are lovely, always quick to reply to emails, even out of typical work hours. Dr Sree Krishna is friendly, approachable, and amusing. He answers all your questions and makes you laugh in the process. He was also reactive to side effects of the drug and quick with solutions. The prescriptions arrive quickly and the length and cost of treatment are just as described on their website. Definitely recommend using Skindoc!

Jun 03,2023I contacted Skindoc after 25 years of skin issues back in january and this is by far the best service i have ever received. 4 months on i’m no longer getting spots for the first time in 20 years. Dr Sre is professional and approachable with a sense of humour which i found particularly helpful as it took the anxiety out of the face to face conversation he’s very knowledgeable and down to earth. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends

May 25,2023The reviews tell the absolute truth! They accomodated rearranging my appointment to an earlier date and was kept in frequent communication with all my queries answered timeously. This is what you expect from private healthcare and I will be recommending Dr Sree and his team to everyone. Had my appointment on a Tuesday evening and received medication on a Thursday - a seamless and stress free process!

May 14,2023Skindoc. Has been the first dermatology provider that has made me feel completely listened to. I have struggled with acne for years and no doctors or dermatologists would prescribed me what I knew I needed, isotretinoin. Skindoc listened to me and understood that I had tried everything else and that acne was destroying my self confidence, and so, Isotretinoin was prescribed. Throughout the course I have been in control of dosage. I decided on a low dose treatment to mitigate side effects, and I although encouraged to increase my dosage toward the end of my course, it was always my decision. I cannot recommend this service enough. If you have any skin concerns of problems you will be met with understanding, compassionate and lovely doctors who are so happy to help.

The process is made easy and convenient as all consultations are conducted virtually. There is a quick turn around to ensure that medication is delivered to your door within 1-2 working days. I scheduled my appointment about my painful cystic acne with Dr. Sreedhar Krishna. My experience with Dr. Krishna has been aces! He's been personable and helpful throughout the entirety of my treatment which gave me confidence - more than I've ever experienced with the NHS. The SkinDoc team are prompt, efficient and very helpful concerning any needs. Even when my treatment ends, I won't hesitate to contact the team about any other dermatological needs I may have.

Jun 21,2023Having suffered with acne for nearing 6 years (androgenic/cortisol/insulin related) I tried the whole skincare/diet/topicals/supplements all to no avail. I have also tried with many dermatologists in person and online. I can honestly say Skindoc is a credit to medicine and dermatology. I had received treatment from both dr Tang & dr krishna. Previous experience with dermatologists have just tried to force my to go on birth control pills etc even when not needed. Roaccutane was my last resort and I was extremely hesitant but both drs couldn’t have been more supportive and instead of blaming me or trying to flog me their brands skincare got to the root cause. When I told them about mood changes they took it extremely seriously and found a solution so I could continue with treatment. I will recommend skindoc to everybody I can. They actually care about curing your skin issues and aren’t about making money. They are also one of the cheapest companies I’ve found and even try to find ways for your treatment to be cheaper if you cannot afford their private blood tests. Due to this unforgettable experience as soon as I see a wrinkle or two the first place I will be returning is to skindoc! Thank you for being so kind, I wish all doctors were like you two.
