May 05,2023I'm so pleased that I decided to seek help from Dr Krishna and his team, it really has changed my whole outlook on life. I used to feel the need to hide myself away, I had low self-esteem and a lack of confidence at work. For me, it was more than my physical appearance, my mental health was suffering. Taking the first step to reach out for help was the hardest but month on month, I saw improvement. I can't explain how much my mental health has improved since receiving treatment for my acne. Dr Krishna is understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable. It may sound cliché but the service provided by Skindoc has changed my life.

The Dr. Sree & Penny the Patient Liason Manager are both lovely, and treat you as a person not just a patient. If you’re on the fence about using this service and whether going privately online is worth it I can absolutely confirm that it is.

I would strongly recommend booking in with them if you have issues with your skin. Dr Krishna is incredible and super friendly, I would wager he could make anyone feel at ease.

Next steps clearly outlined in a friendly and reassuring manner. Would 100% recommend, 5 star service. I'm very grateful.

Dr Sree really has gone above and beyond to help me with this and it's so appreciated, even more so given my GPs lack of ability to do the right referral / diagnosis / and even just write the correct prescription. It is SO appreciated. Dr Sree was able to diagnose me in under an hour after me submitting my pictures and medical history. His advice was so professional, and he even gave great recommendations of how to ask my NHS GP for the right referral for the treatment course, given the expense of private so absolutely wasn’t pushy with sales which when your in the place of bad skin is really appreciated. The best money I’ve spent.

Overall I’ve had an excellent experience with all involved, vastly different to the traditional private hospitals I’ve used before.

Apr 14,2023When I was looking for help with my acne and sourcing isotretinoin, I saw a mountain of super reviews for skindoc. I'm delighted to say my hopes were exceeded by my treatment. My skin has completely cleared up for the first time in over a decade. Dr Krishna is just wonderful and takes his time to ensure that all information is provided in a clear, concise way. He was really lovely to chat to and willing to answer any questions that cropped up. The service is efficient and convenient, yet also personable. Thank you!

Apr 05,2023I found skindoc after completing a course of isotretinoin on the NHS about 5/6 years ago. I couldn’t face the long waiting times again whilst my mild-moderate cystic acne created more scars on my face. I was unsure about how I would afford it, but this service is worth its weight in gold. Dr Sree made me feel validated in my skincare concerns - as they weren’t the super severe full face lesions that I was used to associating with isotretinoin. I’m coming into month 3 of treatment and I’ve been recommending him to everybody who will listen. The admin team are so responsive too. You feel 100% supported - Dr Sree even offered to call my manager when I was struggling with dermatitis. I remember reading all the trust pilot reviews and thinking - surely the service can’t be that good, but it really is. Thanks Skindoc

Mar 22,2023Skindoc is a convenient service which has helped me on my journey to clear skin, when nothing else worked. From the beginning the communication was clear and the steps were easy to follow. I met Dr Shree for my monthly checkups, he is lovely and really has a passion for achieving great results. He explains everything so clearly and is down to earth. All the support staff are helpful, and respond fast. After years of spending loads of money and not seeing results with my skin, in a couple of months my skin was the clearest it's ever been. I'm over the moon. The only regret is not finding Skindoc sooner. Thank you so so much!

Mar 15,2023I’ve suffered from acne for most of my adult life and decided at the age of 30 that enough was enough. I’d heard from various friends about Roaccutane and wanted to try it for myself. After doing some research online, I stumbled across SkinDoc. The website is full of information on a variety of skin issues and has details of the potential treatment plans available. I booked for an initial consultation for the prescription of roaccutane, as I knew this is the path I wanted to go down, the booking system is easy to use and I got an appointment really quickly. Using SkinDocs recommended pharmacy delivery company also made the entire process a lot smoother and quicker; after my first consultation I received my prescription within two days. I’m pleased to say after continuing the treatment for six months, I am now acne free and looking forward to my newfound confidence. Shout out to the SkinDoc team have been so helpful and supportive during the process, they all work tirelessly to give everyone they treat, the best possible care. Mar 08,2023I arranged a consultation with Dr Sree for roaccutane due to my long term acne issues. He was one of the most genuine doctors I've met. He was funny but informative and I could see that he wants to help. Skin Doc has been super quick and easy to arrange appointments and they even managed to get my blood tests on the NHS. Overall this service is going to cost me so much less than other online services and I'm super excited for the results. Only positive comments from me

Feb 16,2023I started my treatment in August 2022 and took my last tablets today. Couldn’t be happier with the result, and couldn’t be happier with how easy Skindoc made it. I work shifts so it was amazing to be able to book the appointments round these. Dr Sree was incredibly friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. He makes an effort to remember little things, even how my exams were going! I would recommend Skindoc to anyone who was looking for help with skin issues. It was nice as well that they try to assist you with saving money, for example the blood tests, rather than trying to get you to spend as much as possible. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process.
