Just come back from Plagne Soleil, France. The company were ok no different at all than Crystal ski. The Chalet Iris bleu was quite nice Very warm and very light with quite good views of the area. Only quibbles were that the rooms were quite small (although we had the biggest room that was still small) it was not a ski in ski out chalet as advertised, lights were broken on the stairwell that took 2 attempts to get sorted, the staff having 2 nights and 2 mornings off why, its a small season so why. And the food was just average.
This was our first experience with a package ski holiday and we were very impressed. The Skiworld staff were helpful and professional throughout. We were very happy with our chalet (Rayon de Soleil) and Joseph was a fantastic host and chef, can't thank him enough for making our week a huge success. Only negative is the 3 hour coach trip to/from Grenoble so we would look at flying to a different airport next time.
We have just returned from what I can only describe as an incredible holiday with Skiworld. We stayed in Chalet Cerise where we were looked after by the amazing duo of Amy and Becca, who didn't step a foot wrong all week. Not only was their food something to look forward to everyday but just their company too. They were personable from the get go, learning all 14 of our names within a day and really made us feel at home. The chalet itself was perfect for our large group, every room having a balcony and a bath was a dream, plenty of space in the public areas too and easy access to the slopes. The wellness area with the gym/pool/sauna etc was a perfect end to a tough day up the mountain. Honestly I could not fault a single part of the holiday, 100% would recommend, and thank you so much to Amy and Becca!
There were changes to chalet service at chalet Friandise. We have been twice before and the service had dropped dramatically. the chalet was also in need of an update it appeared unloved chairs were worn and tatty etc. I even had to clean raspberry coulis off the side of one of the chairs which had been left from the previous week and sweep up. Might seem like little things but we feel it’s changed the service. No products for the bathrooms we used to get l’occitane products. No fruit bowl There was a Choice of rose white red wine now it’s only red and white wine. None of us drank red or white so we ended up going without. Cleaning now only downstairs daily not our rooms. No water glasses upstairs No chocolates on bed on arrival We knew of was two days off instead. However we used to get left afternoon tea on those days along with continental breakie. Now there was no afternoon tea. Other providers had covered the days off with extra staff ski world hadn't. The cost has gone up significantly but the service has dropped. We have highlighted it to our chalet host Ellie and their boss Mary but it’s seemingly the changes have been made as the chalet has been regraded. On the last day after we had complained on Day one they produced some of the missing items as a gesture of good will but it was really too little to late. We had booked 5 ski holidays with ski world we wont be using them in future VERY disappointing indeed.

Our chalet was excellent
The staff are well trained and enthusiastic. We had a fab holiday with a great chalet host and all Ski World reps we came in to contact with were also good. The booking process was easy, they sorted all ski lift passes and bookings for equipment without inflating prices. The closest our holiday came to having an issue was at Grenoble airport which simply isn't designed to cope with (at a guess) 1000 customers arriving within an hour on a ski Saturday change-over morning - not Ski Worlds fault but their reps still tried to sort it.
Super find, chalet compact but very comfortable. Boot warmer in garage with plenty of room to get ready. Only 28 steps to the ski slope, so practically ski in, ski out. Tom our host was excellent, friendly, always happy to help and provided good food. Wi fi also good.
Terrific accommodation, catering, and overall service. Very friendly chalet staff. I’ll definitely book a further trip this season.
Excellent at every stage of the holiday. All staff - reps and chalet host - were extremely helpful and made our holiday fantastic. The accommodation was also superb, as was the food.
Very well organised holiday, very engaging hosts. We had to negotiate very bad weather on the transfer back to the airport. Our manager Henry did a great job keeping everybody in good spirits. Thank you!
Excellent holiday and staff, but avoid booking to fly via Grenoble airport, a nightmare especially on Saturdays.
Would be five stars except for the Grenoble airport cattle market. Not entirely ski worlds fault, but something must be done!
I've been with ski world many times, excellent value for money great hosts never had any trouble with them highly recommended

Smooth transfers, well managed despite extremely heavy snow on return. Lovely chalet (Alpenland) in fantastic location for skiing, in gorgeous little hamlet of Zug. Easy access to the wider ski area, easy to access Lech by bus. Great food, lovely and helpful Skiworld staff.
A great holiday. Attentive staff, all as promised and reliable. Pre-holiday questions answered promptly and all arrangements as stated. Customer care much much better than larger travel agents.
