Apr 14,2016A well designed mattress manufactured from good quality materials, backed up by genuine customer service. Extremely pleased with the mattress which certainly surpasses our old Slumberland Gold Seal for comfort. Having the opportunity to "test drive " the mattress for a good period of time was very useful and we opted for a firmness change after a 5 week trial; changing the foam layer could not have been easier. Would recommend Sleeping Duck, the customer service is second to none and the build quality gives me confidence that it will deliver years of service; if there should be a problem in the future the service to date suggests it would be rectified without issue.

Apr 13,2016To be honest with you, I am still awaiting the arrival of the mattress. I am quite cautious about these kind of things and so approached the process with some trepidation. I considered all of the reviews on the various websites out there, this one included, and found it hard to find a bad review. In fact, I think I didn't manage to find one. Bad start I thought. That means sometimes that they are all fake reviews. However, despite being a doubting Thomas, the 100 day at home trial period is very generous and the promise of a quick refund if not happy meant that I eventually ordered a double UK Medium firmness. /the ordering process was without any problem and I managed to get the product at the old price before the recent increase. The website stated that they were out of stock and orders were expected to be fulfilled near the end of April. This was okay as I has also ordered a new divan from John Ryan by design and the delivery dates would probably coincide. Imagine my surprise when I received an email informing me that the mattress was on its' way. Apparently the warehouse had made a mistake and had managed to find a couple in the corner. Hmmm, doesn't sound good. However, I now await the delivery of my new sleeping duck mattress in a couple of days which will be earlier than the divan but hey ho, let's just see what happens. I can fully recommend the customer service process though. The people I have spoken with have been great. Only to happy to sort out any problems and their conversational style is warm and inviting. I fully recommend that you consider this company and visit the site and maybe give them a call if you are in the market for a new mattress. I will report back with my views on the mattress once it arrives.. Happy Shopping

We tried expensive mattresses in the local retail stores before buying from sleeping duck, we are very very happy, not only saving money, we have a very comfortable luxurious mattress.

Apr 09,2016The customer service we have received from sleeping duck has been better than anything we have experienced in the UK before. We were contacted immediately to check the mattress had been received and that we were okay setting it up. Since then we have had several courtesy calls to see how we are sleeping. We didn't know which firmness to go with so initially went medium which we have found to be so comfy. I mentioned yesterday to Nicole at sleeping duck during one of these courtesy calls that I suffer from a bad back and I wasn't sure if the firmer topper would be better. Straight away she suggested she would send us one to try. We received this today and have swapped it over this afternoon so easily. This mattress is so well designed and the comfiest thing I have ever slept on. Some people have mentioned that the smell takes a while to go but we haven't found this to be a problem. Looking forward to trying the firm topper. I just wish the kids would let us have a full nights sleep on it!!

Good nights sleep since we changed to Sleeping Duck mattress.. The customer support is great.. They always keep updating about the progress and followed afterwards to see how we are getting on.. We are going to change all the mattress now to Sleeping Duck.. Thank you

Apr 07,2016Did loads of research on a new mattress and this one just kept coming back as being excellent. Think the price point is good value, my previous mattress was around £1200 but that was when memory foam was coming into fashion. The order and delivery process was easy and we were kept updated. One aspect I was a bit disappointed with was that I wanted it to be brought into the room, but they were inundated with orders and the courier only dropped to the door. While he was coming to the door, he broke the wheel off the box, but it was relatively easy to move when inside. One of the things that swayed me was the no risk trial, I figured, why not. I've been really happy so far (about a month in), although it is taking a while to smell normal after being vacuum packed. One element that I was not prepared for, which perhaps I missed or could be better communicated was how deep the mattress is when fully pumped. I actually have to climb into bed (not even kidding) which is a bit of a pain. If it came with a little stool, that would be perfect! Follow up customer service has been excellent too.

Apr 07,2016Having always previously chosen a mattress by wandering confused around several stores and lying briefly on several beds, which can be a bit embarrassing, buying our new kingsize mattress from Sleeping Duck has been a revelation. The mattress is exceptionally good quality and very comfortable at a competitive price and what seems to be a cast iron guarantee. Delivery was spot on though I needed, as expected, help to carry the mattress upstairs but unrolling was easy. Communication from the company was superb at all stages and we have had two telephone calls so far checking that we are happy. There is no way this mattress will be returned at the end of the 100 days trial and it will definitely not be the last we purchase from Sleeping Duck. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

Apr 07,2016After having tried many, much more expensive mattresses, in shops for several months I decided to go with Sleeping Duck simply because of the peace of mind I had with the idea of having my full money back (i.e. no charges for collection), no questions asked, if I didn't like the sleeping experience. I am so glad I tried it. This is by far the best mattress of all! I am going to bed earlier than I ever did... Love it.

Mar 11,2016Other online matresses focus on the foam top - this is a more traditional matresses with springs and memory foam on top - it feels more traditional but is very comfortable. Delivery and setup was great - fully recommend

Mar 07,2016Having tried several stores for mattresses, you never get the real feel of one by lying on it in a shop. You need to be able to try it out. Like a new car purchase. Being a little hesitant about buying such a "touchy-feely" product online, I was given the confidence to try Sleeping Duck because of the no quibble try-it out and return at no-cost offer, after a good amount of time to really give it a test drive/sleep too. Excellent pre and post sales communications, delivered on time, and had pleasant follow up emails too. Oh, and the mattress? Superb build and best sleep for many years. Having had a water bed for 20+ years it had a lot to measure up to. It does. Will be buying another for the holiday home!

I ordered the product from a very friendly guy the other end of the phone and it arrived promptly and well packaged. Mar 03,2016I saw an advert for this mattress on a review site and clicked the link for the manufacturers website. My old mattress was an ikea one and had seen better days. I was going to replace it with a like for like but after reading all the amazing reviews about Sleeping Duck I just had to order one plus they make the mattress in EU sizes. Very useful. I can't tell you how wonderful the new mattress is. It is extremely supportive , comfortable and very well made. The first two or three nights my wife and I didn't sleep that well but once we were used to it we are very pleased. Can't recommend enough. Thank you Sleeping Duck.

Apr 20,2016We have had our Titan mattress now for a couple of months and can't speak highly enough of it. It was such a pain looking for one - do you buy on line but not test it out -big risk! But the shops have silly prices for what you get! Sleeping duck made it easy - buy it online and don't like it - send it back! It was really easy to assemble. The only thing we noticed was the top soft layer was a tad loose and didn't go even after it expended fully. It didn't effect the sleep quality though! I contacted them and they sent us a new top - just zip it on! Fits snug! My husband and I love our mattress. We have the medium. Husband is more partial to a slightly firmer mattress and I am slightly softer but this suits both of us - it clearly gives very good support and is soft with the top layer. I sleep brilliantly and if we ever go anywhere now - we compare it to 'the duck' as we call it. It just doesn't ever compare. If you are wondering about it - stop - AND BUY IT! You won't regret it! Only downside - I can never get out of bed!!!!
