Dec 23,2015Love this mattress. Super King Size in medium variety. Perfect sleep, holds shape right out to the edge. Never gets too warm. Wish I found it ages ago. Tried various orthopedic mattresses in the past and this beats all of them, hands down. Already recommended two close friends. Take the hassle out of buying a quality mattress - you'll sleep better !!

Nov 25,2015Having been persuaded by our daughter and son-in-law to look into purchasing a new mattress from Sleeping Duck, as our old one had gone way past its sell by date, and they were very happy with their buy, we ordered a super king size one. One month in and we have no complaints whatsoever. The service was excellent and we have had follow ups from the company to make sure everything is ok. We cannot find any faults whatsoever and thoroughly recommend Sleeping Duck to anyone thinking of purchasing a new mattress

Nov 19,2015I have to say the customer service at Sleeping Duck is second to none in the UK. They are extremely helpful and great to talk to. I have to say initially I was a bit dubious about buying from them as there were no UK reviews but they are genuine. The mattress arrived on time and is wonderfully comfortable, and is highly unlikely to be going back. My mattress was medium and I have to say that aches and pains I used to get in the morning have now gone. The price was good in comparison with others on the market of this quality. I would highly recommend the mattress and the Company they're brilliant!

Oct 27,2015Look, it's as simple as this, the bed was delivered when expected, the service was impeccable and the bed is absolutely DIVINE! There was no bothersome latex smell and we slept on it that night. We were worried that the rubbishy futon base would make it less comfortable but it's brilliant! I have been labelled the Princess and the Pea because I'm so fussy about beds but this bed would suit anyone! I haven't even mentioned the awesome price which for a king size mattress is a quarter of any other similar quality mattress let alone a pure latex one. Do yourself a favour and order one so you can have a wonderful nights sleep. :)

Oct 21,2015I bought a sleeping duck mattress because of the reviews, like others I had done heaps of research and felt confident that I was doing the right thing purchasing from them. It was the right thing, I bought a king size medium mattress which at first I thought was a little to firm for my liking. I called to see what could be done and was advised how easy it was to change if I wanted too however was recommended to give it 4 weeks before making up my mind. I took the advice and whether or not I found that after 4 weeks I was used to the new feel and felt comfortable, or the knowledge of how easy (and free) it was to change, or both but I am really happy with the mattress. My husband was happy right from the start. Good on you Sleeping Duck gals and guys, what a great relief to find a company that prides themselves on doing the best.

Oct 20,2015Had some reservations about buying a mattress online and one that decompress after being delivered folded in a box with wheels! After delivery, installing and a first nights sleep, however, I found out my concerns were groundless. Great job Sleeping Duck! We have been using the mattress for two months now and have found it supportive and comfortable for our two different body shapes. I am also a fan of your three month return for refund policy, this was the 'deal-closer' on the purchase given that I had not tried the mattress before purchase. Well done. A good price and a great nights sleep.

Oct 20,2015My experience with Sleeping Duck has been faultless. I heard about Sleeping Duck from a colleague, who has the Half/Half King Titan. He loves it and highly recommended it. At first, I though the price was expensive, but after checking out mattresses at retail stores and finding the prices vary anywhere between $1000 to $8000 with no distinctive difference - maybe I just don't know anything about mattresses - I decided to part with $1199 for a mattress that came with great word of mouth recommendation. The agent on the LIVE Chat was very knowledgeable, friendly and we had great rapport. I pre-ordered my mattress and nominated a delivery date for 4 weeks later. A few days before nominated delivery date, I received a phonecall to confirm delivery date and to choose a timeframe, I also received an email with a video tutorial on how to unpack Titan. On delivery day, mattress arrived within my chosen timeframe. The box has wheels and I can deadlift 63kgs, but best to have another person help you carry up package upstairs. I unpacked mattress in the spare room, aired it out for a day (window open) and although the 'smell' was initially noticeably, it was gone the next day. My first few nights of sleeping on Titan was amazing....... but I put it down to being exhausted from moving house and cleaning and dealing with unreliable tradies etc. One week later, after recovering physically and emotionally from the move, my sleep was still the best sleep I had ever had, EVER. I usually sleep on my side to get comfortable, but with the Titan, I am comfortable laying on my back as well! I wake up feeling very well rested and even having second person in the bed does not impact my sleep, I can barely tell they are there! Probably because they are so comfortable there is no need to toss and turn. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase. The product is great value and the customer service just tops it off. Would not hesitate to recommend this product to family and friends. I've had my Titan for 3 and a half months and I am still very happy with the mattress. If you want a super soft, plush, "hotel" bed - this is not the mattress for you - personally, plushy beds are great for the weekend and I do enjoy them but I could not sleep on a mattress that soft every night. If you prefer feel of a Tempur or similar (like me) this is the mattress for you - at a more affordable price.

Oct 20,2015I made my mattress choice based soley on reviews, with the reassurance of the returns policy should it not suit. I chose the firm option, it was a little too firm for my wife so after giving it a few weeks, I asked to swap to the softer option. This they not only did with literally no questions asked but also reassured me that if the softer option did not prove suitable they would provide a full refund. Happily the new one suits us perfectly. Would highly recommend Sleeping Duck - there is absolutely nothing to lose. Throughout the process their customer service dept regularly kept in touch to ensure all was well. The experience was 10/10.

Oct 19,2015Having bought two well known brands of beds in four years, both of which sagged badly and gave us sore backs, we decided that we were not going to spend thousands of $s on a bed again. We searched the Internet for information and reviews and came across Sleeping Duck. We read how the company started up and what they hoped to achieve for the customers. The reviews for the company were very positive and we therefore decided that we had nothing to lose and ordered our new bed. We are really happy with the bed so far and the service that we have received has been great. I give this company and their product top marks, they live up to their promise and the customer reviews.

Oct 19,2015Few months ago I decided to replace a tired mattress; while researching a few options, I came across Sleeping Duck. I wasn't planning on a net purchase, but on reading through the site and considering the 100 night warrant, I took the plunge and ordered a KS firm. Although it was out of stock when I ordered, I was regularly advised of expected delivery dates and reassured I hadn't been forgotten. It arrived in an unfathomably small box on time, and easy to handle. Opening it is a real hoot! I wIsh I had caught it on video. Anyway, from the first sleep, never thought of returning it, best mattress I have ever had, an early morning low back complaint has resolved and I wake earlier feeling refreshed. Although I do tend to not get out, its just so very comfy!

Oct 19,2015I was very sceptical when I read that the company was all online, particularly with all these rave reviews that seemed like the whole company had been on all review websites on the internet and given themselves the highest of ratings! I was pleasantly surprised to find myself very wrong in my scepticism. The customer service is next to none, for one, but the product speaks for itself. Entitled a pain free process for a reason - my husband and I feel like we have never slept on a better bed, and for the price - you can't go wrong. When we can afford it, I am sure we will purchase more. It is a shame you can't test the beds in person, but if that cuts the costs down, then I'm on board. Here's to the technical age, and to someone using it for good.

Oct 19,2015I wasn't sure which level of softness to get. Went for the Titan firm, but honestly, the customer service and follow-up was so good that a change of mind wouldn't have been a problem. Other reviewers have mentioned a chemical smell for a while after unwrapping but I could not detect that at all. After 3 months still pleased with the purchase.

I have had the best sleep of my life (over 40, just!) and I would never use another brand again. It's soft and cocooning, yet firm and I never ever feel any movement when any of my cats or kids sneak in at night. Winning! Thank you Sleeping Duck!!

Oct 14,2015I was recommended a Sleeping Duck mattress from a friend. I was hesitant at first at it was an online purchase, however, the fact that it had a 100 night return policy eased my concerns, coupled with the fact that it was a really good price for what it had in it's makeup (I did my research) and I was sold. I can glady say I will not be returning this mattress. 1 week in and I have had the best night sleeps ever. I literally cant put a downside to this mattress, an affordable, high end product that is easy to setup and sleeps great! Highly recommended!

Aug 30,2015After a great deal of reading through reviews, the name Sleeping Duck kept coming up with a noticeable lack of negative feedback. There is a very good reason for this; there is nothing to dislike about this mattress! Having slept on the soft-medium Titan for several months now I can confidently say it is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I am a side-sleeper and the firmness of this configuration is perfect for me. I am not a small person and the mattress has shown no signs of sagging and continues to be very comfortable and supportive. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our purchase and have been recommending this product with its incredible value to anyone who will listen.
