Sep 12,2019Excellent product so far- only had for four months though. Installers were on time and friendly. The company did not book the electrician and because this was overlooked he was called at the last minute. This meant that my tin roof sheets had to be removed twice. Very happy with product the 300K tank and double panels are an ample water supply for four people with one bathroom. The shower is so hot even on a cloudy day.

Sep 09,2019The installation of my large solar system went pretty well but problems of coordinating with my energy provider and retailer meant long delays in getting the system active. Work that should have been done to prepare for new metering was not done. Throughout this time there was no communication to me and the system is still not active (september) after installation in April

Sep 04,2019Looking at solar, I found to be a bit of a mine field. We discussed solar with four companies and out of these we chose Solargain because there was no hard sell and they explained everything well. In particular they were the only company that told us that we were able to have a larger system (15kw) as opposed 10kw system. The installation was professionally installed, no cowboys, I work in the building industry so I was pleased with the work. It took a couple of weeks before will were able to access the panels by the app and it was found four panels were not working, a email to Solargain and it was fixed. The system is now 5 months old and we are very happy with what it is producing.

Sep 02,2019Solargain , we found to be a reputable company to deal with. Honest and up front with any questions that were asked. The after service was exceptional as the water leak was caused by an old cracked tile that was repaired years ago, but Solargain still replaced the water logged light and replaced the cracked tile and sent a man to clean the mould from around the light. So very happy with Solargain all around. 🙂
