Aug 28,2019Thank you Gabrielle, Heather and Michael for guiding me though the installation of my solar panels. there were many phone calls and all calls were answered well. Michael offered me a number of plans and number plan 6 was the most efficient for my house. The price was good and no money was required until the job was completed.I was prepared to wait some time for the instillation as SolargainI had been recommended to me. Michael came to my house on the day of instillation to check that everything was o k. The installers were excellent. Tidy, quick, and efficient. Solargain was recommended to me and I have no hesitation in also making a recommendation

Aug 26,2019Took over a month to get solar panels producing after install as the paperwork wasn't filled in correctly, which added to the long waiting period. Price was average but they had done another family member and that went well so gave them the job. The quality of the install seems good.

Aug 26,2019Once selecting Solar gain they fitted a temporary hot water unit. that was so great to have hot water that night. The team to install the system arrived on time explained what they were going to do and got it done in good time. The electrician also arrived on time afterwards and had the system running that night. all in all a good experience thank you. Regards Peter.

Aug 25,2019The installation was done based time frame given. Unfortunately after it was installed the password given to access envoy was not given as stated in spite of numerous reminder. So seek Darebin council for help and upon their assistance the password was sent to me in my email. I am happy with the support I received when my Envoy was not communicating with my internet, the installer returned and have it rectified. The place envoy was placed in the metal container was relocated so that the envoy is visible and the user will able to access it easily. Thanks to Paul, the installation manager for the response

Aug 21,2019So far so good...can't say alot bcs just install my solar system also had solar hotwater almost 4 months and i been keep asking that how would i know my hot water working on solar or on electric boost....Should have something on the system that can see like app they gave me about solar electricity ...only issue is should do proper check and quote from specialists that u gonna have what they said...like i been told 21 panels but the day team arrived they told me that only can put 17....was disappointed....but that stage i can't do anything....they give me money bck but i was hoping 21 panels....also find out 1 hour in the afternoon before sun set i don't get sun bcs of the big tree around my house stops the sun ...let see how much i would save on my first billand will tell if it's worth it spend money on solar.....only thing solar specialist show measure the roof before tell the customer how many panel they can get....inside go on Google map and give you a quote....

Aug 21,2019The technicians that did the install were friendly and prompt. Unfortunately on completion of the job, they failed to clean up and left broken bits of tile, wire and cable ties on the roof and in the backyard. I was told they would come back to clean up, im still waiting. They also left pieces of wire on the floor near the electrical box. During installation, the techs dropped a roof tile which put a hole in the ceiling (no issues here, accidents happen) unfortunately they failed to clean the mess from the accident. I should add i was told about the accident straight away and the hole has since been repaired. Solargain are more expensive than other companies but i chose them as they promised quality installation and products. Lets hope i have no issues in the future.
