Aug 05,2019The team were very quick and thorough, polite and helpful. They noticed a cracked tile so moved it to a place that would not cause interior damage. The price was very competitive. All in all very happy. The only thing they could do better is after sales service. I had a smart meter installed and when quizzed about connecting to it they didn’t really know what to do. This led me to get to know how it needs to be set up and I did it myself.

Jul 29,2019Excellent customer service and response. My only complaint is that I did not discuss feed in tariffs in more detail ultimately leaving me in a disadvantage with my electricity provider. But other than this issue, I’ve been very happy with the service and responsiveness. If you are considering installing solar panel, I would not hesitate in recommending Solargain.

Jul 22,2019Very pleased with almost all aspects of the installation and working of the Solargain system. For a few months Enlighten system was telling me there was a problem with metering. A number of visits by the installers assured me the problem had been fixed but the warning persisted. That has now disappeared.
