Easy to deal with, all set up completed tidily on the day. Installation guys were contracted in, but were personable and seemed to do a good job. System has been in for 3 months and has produced more than I thought it would.

I have had a very good experience with Solargain. I requested a visit from the salesperson as I prefer to do these sort of things in person. They were happy to send someone out. Installation went well with no problems. Only problem was getting the installer to come and connect me on the app as I was having problems doing it, (so I could monitor my energy savings). My son also received a voucher from Solargain for recommending them to me. Michelle was excellent with communication.

After looking around for about 6 months and comparing and calling other companies i chose to go with solar gain. After having the system for a few months, I have called Mark in regards to a couple of questions to inform myself further and I am very happy with the after sales service and extremely happy with the system and all his advice given. Would totally recommend.

Had our hot water system on the roof for three months now and so far very thing is going great. This system supplies much hotter water than our previous system, which we had for 15 years. The pressure is good and supply is constant. The installation team went about their business very efficiently and really you did not know they were there on our roof. The rubbish from removing our old system tank and booster and from the installation of the new system was completely cleared away with nothing left for us to worry about. Would highly recommend this company. 4 stars at this time as I am waiting for winter to finish to see how it goes, but so far no problems.

Solargain offered the best value solar system that we were looking for. The team is knowledgeable and good in answering our queries. Efficient from start to finish. The app they connected for us is also great and useful for continuous monitoring of our solar system production and consumption. Thank you Solargain!

I worked in sales for 38 years. My mantra was to bend over backwards for customers and offer honest advice. I found that same ethic at Solargain in Tom Liston. He not only knew the product, he also knew how it worked and what it’s TRUE capacity was. He answered every question and delivered everything on time. Importantly he also made contact after the sale and installation, to ensure we received the correct service. I give him an ‘Exceptional’ rating.
