Dec 15,2020Our system, having planned absolesence, reached the end of its life at the end of 10 years. To its credit Solargain assisted us in obtaining an upgraded system, which is operating efficiently. Solargain's representative (Chloe was very helpful, courteous, patient and very knowledgeable) was a pleasure to deal with and we are sure, without her assistance, we would not have a creditable system today!!

From the first contact gathering information to the quoting, during the application process to the installation of the system we have received an absolutely professional service; overall - value for money.

Nov 09,2020The service was to a high standard, the consultant was helpful. They fully consulted us every step of the way. Answered all our questions and got back to us with an answer even when didn't have an initial answer. A good plus point is having great quality control, by having their own QA checks on top of the government certified checker. Highly recommend them as a Renewable Energy Provider.

Nov 09,2020What can I say, the team and installers was the easiest thing I have ever had to do, Polite and professional from the very first contact. Did what they said, from sending emails to replying times of phone calls. Install was neat, clean and spot on time. Did not push at all like the other two companies we got quotes from, and did not "bag out" other companies like the other two which seems to be a common thread in the Solar sales industries which leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Internet reviews can vary good and bad but if you have been waiting to get Solar and sick of the big bills Solargain is from our experience an established, honest company and that is probably why an enviromentally ethical IKEA has joined in partnership with Solargain.

Oct 27,2020Had a great experience with Solargain with the installation of my solar panels and inverter. Tom (sales staff) was very knowledgeable and was happy to point out the flaws of some brands and the benefits of others. I didn't feel pressured at all and we happily settled on a middle of the range system. The admin team were diligent in communicating when the installation would occur and Jack (I'm in Sydney) followed up a number of times during and after the installation to ensure compliance and was happy to issue friendly advice. Solargain offer an efficient and smooth service that I am happy to recommend to others.

Even through sage 4 Covid restrictions in Victoria, the communication provided was always speedy and Evo went out of her way to ensure that the installers arrived as soon as restrictions in my area eased. The installers were great to deal with and knowledgeable of their product. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you once again.
