Mar 04,2025I ordered a matching set of hoodies for me and my dog on November 30th, 2024. It said it would take 10-12 business days. The order never showed up, but the tracking information that was given said delivered (it was supposed to notify me with any updates but never did). I emailed customer service and they told me they would reship the items. I confirmed they had the correct address. Yet again, about a month later, on January 17th, I get an email saying that my items got "lost in the mail" and they would send me a new one. Another month later, on February 10th, I email customer service as the package has been said to have been delivered, but it has not. The company suggested that I "check with neighbors", which I did, but nobody had seen anything. Customer service then told me that the issue seems to be with the courrier and the best they could do is a 70% refund since they have suffered a "huge loss as the products were sold at a very low price already". It's not my fault that I gave the correct address and items were not delivered correctly twice. And I'm sure the response will be that they "understand my frustration", but it's truly unheard of

We opted for the matching dog hoodie and human hoodie ( they are literally the exact same colour). customer service is amazing, sizing is great too. I ordered a 2XL for my cockapoo fits perfectly, size small hoodie for myself which fits well. Super soft material, fabric is to a very high quality. I will continue to purchase from spark paws! Supaw fast delivery!

Mar 03,2025I ordered two items for my dog and the items never came. I waited two weeks and then spent another two weeks arguing with customer service about getting a refund. Over 30days after I placed my order, I contacted my credit card company and reported this business. I was issued a refund due to fraudulent charges. Highly recommend NOT buying anything from this company. They’re not legit.

Feb 27,2025Items are said to have shipped but do not show up. I was told normal shipping is 6-12 business days. It has now been over a month. They are blaming the delay on customs say are backed up in clearing packages. However, we have since ordered other items that came from China and they were received timely. There has been no update on the tracking for 12 days. The company just keeps saying the items are coming, but are delayed due to customs. Your response is unacceptable as it has been 25 business days and counting. I understand a minor delay, but this is beyond excessive and you have done nothing to assist. I have request a refund and have been denied. Thus, I have paid for products you have not provided and you are refusing to give me a refund. I have offered to send the products back to you are your expense if received as I am not interested in stealing you item like you appear to be interested in stealing my money. Feb 26,2025I ordered a size large hoodie for my yorkie poo. The hoodie is lovely quality but a bit small, so I emailed customer service. Max came back to me very promptly and the hoodie has been reordered at no cost to me and the email asks me to gift thd small one to a shelter or a friend. What wonderful service. Thank you Max. Feb 22,2025I ordered December 1st, 2024. Now, at the end of February 2025, I still have neither my order nor a refund. They claimed that the first two orders got "lost" and then offered me a 70% refund. I said, "That would only be acceptable if you delivered 30% of my order. I want a 100% refund." They told me it would take 30 days to refund. It's been over 30 days, still no refund, and they are still giving me the run around.

Feb 17,2025It was my first time ordering from sparkpaws and my dog was in between sizes. I ordered the smaller ones but that was a mistake. When I realised this I contacted them and they sent me the larger size to replace them and told me to keep the smaller ones to donate/give away/whatever I wanted to do. I think this is a very thoughtful thing to do

Feb 16,2025Ordered over a month ago now and still haven’t received no package which is so fustrating I had to constantly chase for updates I showed them on the map where the parcel has been delivered as it was no where near my address yet no course for concern. Says they will post another one yet it still has not been delivered after confirming the correct address.

Feb 16,2025The quality of the human hoodie was very good. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that it took a full month to receive the item (after Christmas). Other than that it was great!

Feb 14,2025Worst customer service! Bought a coat in January for my Boxer. One of the snaps broke within 2 weeks. Contacted them for a replacement and was offered 20 percent off a new coat. Replied to them that I was very disappointed in this and that it was poor service as my dog could no longer wear the original coat and never heard from them again.

Feb 14,2025Gifted a dog coat. Coat was nice looking, but too small. Initiated an exchange Jan 7. Multiple emails with numerous inaccurate promises and information of processing status and one final ultimatum given to the company, resulted in a replacement received Feb 13. Be prepared to spend an inordinate amount of time with customer service. Results received only when information of need to appeal to credit card company was conveyed to Sparkpaws.

Mar 04,2025Shipping may be a little slower than Amazon but not ridiculous. It took 11 days for my order to arrive, items received were high quality, and worth the price point. I see some complaints around sizing but the site provides general dog sizes like S/M/L/XL, as well as, breed specific sizing. I originally thought an XL would work for my medium sized boxer but when I entered breed + breed size based on weight I ended up with a 3XL that was a perfect fit. Very happy with this vendor.
