Mar 16,2013Posted my order along with my Eden Red voucher and prescription on Saturday - received confirmation email on Tuesday, also emailed to say order being processed on same day- 2 days later and the glasses were delivered - absolutely brilliant!! Extremely pleased with Spectacles Direct and from now on will be only using them and recommending to friends and family.

Feb 27,2013Very helpful, friendly staff. I would have had my glasses delivered the next day to the UK, but I was going to France, so they shipped them there. They arrived in France in less time than I had been quoted by other stores 7-10 days and £110 cheaper!!!

Jan 22,2013This is the fourth time I've bought budget priced specs from Spectacles Direct. I can't give higher praise. It was easy to enter my prescription details, and the time from making the order to receiving the specs has invariably been incredibly quick. My last pair, ordered a week ago, arrived( in a hard carrying case) on only the second day after I ordered. The specs are well priced, well made and as described.

Jan 21,2013Had a hard time in locating the frames that I wanted as the particular size I required were discontinued. After much searching I came across Spectacles Direct, frame was in stock in the size that I wanted and they do next day delivery. As it was mid Friday afternoon I thought it was a bit of a long shot to expect them to be glazed, packed and delivered the next day. Called the company, Wayne and the rest of the team reassured me that I would have them the next day. Placed the order for the frame with single vision lenses and anti-scratch coating around 3:30pm they arrived by 8:45am the next day. Have been recommending them and will continue to.

Jan 15,2013Have nothing but praise for this company..... Prescription I supplied for new glasses was queried by Spectacles Direct as it differed slightly from one twelve months earlier. This was to make sure I had not made an error before making up the lenses. Spring leg failed on older glasses. Old lenses fitted in new replacement frames FOC with no hassle whatsoever. Brilliant !

Mar 17,2013Both times I rang, the salesperson on the other end of the phone was extremely helpful. They investigated sizes of frames and compared them to my current ones to try and determine whether they would fit. Never once was I pressured towards a sale and I felt that they had my interests in mind at all times. The frames I ordered were in stock and the dispatch and postage were both very fast. Would recommend this website.
