Over 40 years ago we added stairlifts to our range and since then we have helped over 700,000 people make more of their day. With options to buy or rent new or reconditioned stairlifts for straight or curved staircases we have a stairlift to suit everyone.

Dec 22,2024We have had a stannah stairlift for a few years and have had really good service throughout this time. Engineers carrying out the annual service always ring a few minutes before their allocated time to let us know they are on their way. The work required is always discussed before and afterwards. As this time we eere advised that we may require a new set of bstteries at the next service.

Dec 22,2024Easy to deal with and obviously a tried and trusted product. Installation was quick and straightforward and the engineer explained everything very clearly. We just wish the footplate could be lifted independently of the seat. It's too high off the floor for my wife to be able to sit on the seat easily, although we manage. Getting off at the top is excellent, the height is just right.

Dec 20,2024The engineer was skilled and efficient. The work schedule he was given meant he was always late because of extra time spent on earlier calls. So, a promised visit between 10am to 1pm, say, ended up cancelled, or him arriving 3pm ish. Fewer jobs, more time per job, would make service visits less frustrating.

Dec 20,2024We have moved into a property with Stannah. The previous owner has been communicating with Stannah since the sale of the property to remove the lift. This gentleman is completely stressed as Stannah have failed to remove it and it has been left in the house. Stannah said they would contact me. No surprise they haven't.
