Over 40 years ago we added stairlifts to our range and since then we have helped over 700,000 people make more of their day. With options to buy or rent new or reconditioned stairlifts for straight or curved staircases we have a stairlift to suit everyone.

My Mum is 88 and her outside Stannah stairlift stopped working. she reported it straight away and an engineer came and checked it , telling her it needed a new part... she was told it was ordered, but 3 weeks later still nothing. I rang the company and was told the part was only just ordered! My Mum was marooned in her flat for all that time. She had already paid them over £600 for the part! I would not recommend Stannah to anyone... On the positive side, the 2 mechanics who eventually turned up to mend it were both polite and courteous.

Dec 07,2024Engineer (Chris) came to service my Mum's stairlift and service from contacting us to arranging and completing the work was great. As used good old fashioned telephones to arrange appointments and queries NOT Web Chats or the current 'cheaper' technology that replaces staff. Great for my Mum too who didn't have to deal with the endless hoops one has to jump through. Keep it up, worth the money.
