The bottom bar when comes down is not flush so when seat goes over it hits the raised bit making a jolting and a noise not made to the quality that I was expecting considering this was £1300 more than the next quote.quality controll needs to be better.

Dec 16,2024From my phone call to the fitting everything was done efficiently. The fitters were running half hour late and the office gave us a telephone call to let us know which stopped us wondering what was happening. They were very polite and left everything neat and tidy.

Rang and made another appointment and this time I did get a call from the engineer to say he would be here within 20 minutes, which he was. No complaints, he was very personable and didn't take too long to carry out the service.

Not only do they answer a request for a call-out quickly but their engineers are friendly and efficient. I am now 90 and would not be able to access my bedroom and wet room if I didn't have "Pegasus" to assist me!
