Really glad I booked Stephens for my removal firm, they were competitively priced and a pleasure to deal with. They had us packed and ready to go by 11am and were incredibly patient about the fact that our completion over ran by hours (very glad I took the late key waiver, well worth it in the current climate). Not planning to move again for a while but when I do I'll definitely be booking with Stephens again.

Feb 22,2021Stephen’s removals were absolutely fantastic. Moving just before Christmas with a two year old and our new house not being ready was not ideal but Stephen’s took the stress of the move itself away. We had packers and they did a brilliant job, so much more efficient than we would have been! All our stuff came out of storage after 6 weeks with no issues whatsoever. All the guys were so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.

Feb 19,2021Moving home, as we all know, can be very stressful but very much less stressful if you use Stephens removals. We had a large move over 200 miles in distance and everything went without a hitch! The packers were brilliant (all unpacked now and nothing damaged), the loaders (10) did a great job and the 4 who came with the lorries to our new home tipped the lot in a day and put everything where we asked. If I could give them 10 stars I would and if you live anywhere near Luton (we were 25 miles away) you should use them

Feb 13,2021We had a lot of difficulty getting a moving date due to purchasers problems and conveyencing hiccups therefore we had to try and prebook removal dates which would, in the end, be cancelled also Stephens were running at a very high capacity and needed about a Months notice which led to a lot of guess work. We had to break our chain so we had to place everything into storage. This was accepted by Emma and organised immediately. Both Emma and Lauren were exceptionally patient with us and accepted the fact without any histrionics. When we eventually got a definite date eveything went smoothly, most packed up on the Friday and the rest packed and loaded on the Monday. When we eventually completed on our property, again trying to work with floating dates, everything went as smoothly as our move out. The teams that moved us, both out and in, worked well together and were polite and courteous. Overall the service was very professional and we had no cause for complaint at any time. Jan 23,2021Despite the different challenges arising from Covid restrictions, the administrative service ahead of the move was excellent including supportive telephone calls ensuring that packing was on track. Our removal process involved some furniture being held in storage and arranging this 2 days ahead of the move was extremely helpful. The removal team were both knowledgeable and flexible to meet our needs. Stephens were recommended to us and we would have no hesitation in recommending there services to others.

The removal men on the day brilliant and a joy to work with. Most importantly, with not a scratch put on any item. Having used three removal companies in recent years (some awful) I now wouldn’t use any other firm in the future other than Stephens.
