Jan 16,2021The removal men arrived in good time they were professional helpful and polite Everything ran smoothly which makes a move less stressful And this was very important as my mother in law who moved is 90 and was at her property fir 66 years So a big thank you to the removal men and admin team I will be pleased to recommend you to anyone i know needed your services

Jan 15,2021Hi I chose this firm as they had moved my sister and husband who were very pleased . The ladies on the phone and Steve who initially estimated the price were helpful , understanding and professional. However the 2 men who moved me were not . One refused to wear a mask , they were almost rude as we were trying to help with directions then my bed wasn’t properly fitted back together so it collapsed at 3 a.m and hurt my back . Sorry but unacceptable

Dec 28,2020Stephen's removals / Bishops Move Luton sorted our house move for us with packing service. Cannot recommend them enough! Survey: Wore face mask, friendly, estimated our contents really accurately. Price was most competitive we received from 6 quotes (we had to get so many quotes as the market is so busy right now!) Packing Services: 2 days before the move. Respectful, trustworthy and hard working and everything all packed up as good as you would hope. Moving Day: No problems loading everything up (crew of 2). All on time , keys delayed until near 5 but no complaints, and a second crew that had finished came and lent a helping hand to get it all moved into the new home ASAP. You can tell the team spirit between the different crews also. Couple of follow on items -> We had 1 small issue with a piece of furniture that didn't go back together fully (but was left secure on the move day and was brought to our attention not the other way around). A handyman was sent who repaired it in < 15 minutes a few days later. They came and collected our moving boxes about 3 weeks later which was great and nice to know they will be reused. Overall, absolutely fantastic experience, taking the stress away from us!

Dec 12,2020I was sad to receive this email today asking for a review addressed to my father who passed away in April while his belongings were in storage with you. My mother had requested you addressed all messages to myself and in my mother's name.this has happened several times during the time their products were on storage with you and even though a mistake an upserting one. Not much care taken with regards to this side of things. The items were stored and returned as agreed.

Jan 18,2021Stephens Removals were professional, prompt and extremely helpful when they moved me last week. Their packing service was next level and very well oganised. The move was not without it's challenges as I was downsizing to small cottage and they coped well with two big waglly dogs getting under their feet. I feel they went above and beyond and stayed late to help me get things sorted. I would highly recommend using them :)
