Move was delayed and the office and the removal team did everything they could to arrange storage and the revised delivery. Not planning on moving for a long time but they'll be the only call I make when I do.

They asked questions wherever relevant and were careful with our belongings. We were really grateful for the level of service we received - it made moving house a lot easier.

The removal guys even put together a bed which had been just delivered, worked tirelessly throughout and were so polite and helped solve issues I’ve never done across! They even helped my sister and again provided a fantastic service! Recommend them whole heartedly! They were also the most competitive too!

Oct 02,2020The company was a joy to work with at all levels, with Lauren in the office and Phil and Aaron on the day of the move helpful, hard-working and efficient. All deadlines were met and we thought that the cost of the move was extremely fair, given that we were moving from Welwyn to Coventry. Based on our experience, I have no hesitation recommending Stephens and we shall certainly use them for the second part of our move (we were decluttering our house for sale and that made up a big lorry-full of "stuff").
