The guys on moving day were brilliant and made the whole thing a lot less stressful than I'd expected. They moved everything, including my large collection of plants, efficiently and with good humour. Thank you all!!

Sep 23,2020On August bank holiday Monday I was shown a flat, I loved it signed the agreement there and then and was handed over the keys and told I could move in that week. Tuesday I phoned all the removal people I could, the only removers that could move me that week were Stephens, most removers never even came back to me, or said it would take two weeks for someone to come out and assess everything before they would even give me a quote. I photographed everything that had to be packed and moved and sent photos to Stephens. On the basis of the photos alone they gave me a quote the same afternoon. At 9am sharp on Friday morning the packers were at the door, packing my stuff and dismantling the furniture to enable them to get it down the stairs. By 4pm they had moved me 15 miles down the road, reassembled my furniture in my new flat and left me to unpack. The service was excellent I could fault nothing. You should all score 11 out of 10.

Sep 22,2020The two people who dealt with my move were speedy, polite and made moving in as simple as I had expected because this was not my first experience with Stephens Removals. Previous move went as quick and easily. No problems at all. The office staff also deserve praise for their pleasant and helpful attitude with a problem relating to my actual moving date. Should I move again they are the people to go to. My thanks to all.

From the first enquiry, to the visit to provide the quotation all the way through to unloading at our new house everyone was professional, friendly and efficient. The speed with which the van was loaded and unloaded on the move day was brilliant and nothing broken or damaged. We would strongly recommend Stephens to everyone.

The Stephens remover men were so patient and understanding and just took everything in their stride, even though they had thought it would be an early finish. They really helped to alleviate the stress of the day. Staff in the office and warehouse very helpful and pleasant. .

Sep 20,2020Contacted Stephens Removals and had a survey carried out promptly followed by a reasonable removals quote and booked a date which had to be revised due to Covid. Communication and assistance with queries was good and in a friendly manner. On the removal day the team arrived on time and wasted no time in beginning to empty the house. They worked extremely hard and efficiently in both loading and unloading at the other end and reassembled the beds. Nothing went missing or got damaged en route and everything was placed where I wanted it to be. I can highly recommend Stephens removals and would use them again if I were to move home again.
