They showed empathy and kindness throughout, actually going above and beyond to help me out. Max and Andy, whom I dealt with mainly, are just absolutely wonderful....so much so, they put the faith back in to the motor trade sales side. If i could rate them worse i would! I was sold a car in Sept 23 by Stoneacre Grantham with warped brake discs, they knew about this but didnt attempt to repair them until i complained. Then there was the bald tyre Then there was the corroded suspension, then issues with the engine over heating. Every time i have had to fight to get help. The car was assessed by Volvo Lincoln in Aug 24 and they condemned the car! Stoneacre told me it would cost me up to £6000 to repair it. I had to fight and fight to get them to honour their warranty and get the car roadworthy or so they made me think it was. It kept over heating , it went into the garage at Stoneacre , they ‘fixed it’ it over heated again , it went back into them ‘ they fixed ir’ it over heated again This has happened 6/7 times It went in to them Nov 24 i was told it would be fixed by Christmas , then the New Year .. its now March and they have decided the car needs a new engine as the engine casing is warped along with the cylinder head. Theyve told me i only have the option of either paying £6000 or £8000 for a new or reconditioned engine. They are ignoring the fact i have a 5 year warranty And are now demanding their loan car back and sending me threatening emails . I am STILL paying for my car which Stoneacre have in their care and i have no other way of getting to work They are a disgusting company who Knowingly sell cars unfit to drive . They are liars and bullies. I am disabled and this has made me physically ill. I have had to refer this to the Financial Ombudsman. Do not touch this company ! Update : this morning Stoneacre turned up at my home without prior warning and took the loan car off my property taking my personal belongings inside the loan car too Including my Disabled Parking Badge ! I have been in talks with Stoneacre customer relations since July last year when i lodged my complaint ! Two days ago i was told by the Customer Relations manager that i have no choice but pay minimum £6000 for a new engine even though the car is now valued at £4000 This means i have to get a loan that i cannot afford . The manager also stated he would talk to Stoneacre Grantham about extending the loan of their car until end of March as i have no way of getting to work . I spoke to Stonecare Grantham and they said they have had no contact from the Customer Relations manager. They all just lie . Ive had an afternoon of desperately trying to source transport to work and sobbing They dont care how this affects their customer They do whatever they want and dont honour the warranties they give you

I had a good experience with a good deal and price for my new car ,the staff were great especially dean,ettiane and Michael who helped me with the technology bits on the car . Just picked up our new ford Ranger from the Doncaster Branch and cannot praise them enough. The whole experience was seamless, Kelvin was fabulous to deal with the communication was excellent and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I was looking for a Lexus nx i liked the look of 5 from different dealers i put my details into the inquiry section 3 dealers come back to me however James at your Teeside branch actually put time into sending me a video of the car but he also explained the difference between the one he had to sell compared to the another dealer nx I liked i didn’t live near to visit the showroom so helped in making my decision to purchase Any person requiring a Lexus ask for James at your Teeside branch 10/10 in every department
