Dealt with Sean G from the start. All explained well, i came back a week later. Found car, finance pre approved. All fairly smooth, 1 admin slip up by Finance company not site but the Manager compensated by making my 1st payment. Payment received same day when asked. Lots of calls & emails but thats the nature of Sales.

Went to liverpools stoneacre 2 weeks ago with my mum she she could get a car and was really impressed with the whole team there that i have been today and got myself a car and drove away same day, Elliot was fantastic from start to finish for myself and my mothers car purchase and Simon, Reese, Frasier where all just as amazing. Would definitely recommend the liverpool store and want be going anywhere else in the future.

Bought a Volvo XC60 and Jim Barton was extremely helpful. He explained and gave us clear options on extended warranties, car body treatments and spare tyres. I was made to feel at ease and that I was dealing with an experienced representative. He also gave me a quick run through on the new tech in the car and reassured me that I could call him with any other queries. I would be very happy to buy from them again

We picked our Nissan Juke up from Jordan and from start to finish the customer service was impeccable, nothing was ever too much and we couldn’t have asked it to go any smoother. Absolute asset to the team and would definitely recommend everyone to go to him, no pushy sales and an amazing guy all round Thank you again Jordan, won’t be using anyone else in the future.

I was looking for an electric car with a long range battery and came across the EX40 which I found was a fabulous test drive and a lovely car. The service by Matt that I received was respectful, considered and extremely helpful.

Just had a phone call about a service which was due on a vehicle that I no longer own. I explained that I no longer owned the vehicle and hence wouldn’t be needing a service. The lady on the phone then asked for the registration of my new vehicle? I asked why would they need the details of my new vehicle? The reply was to get it on their system! I explained I that they wouldn’t be getting any details about the new vehicle and the lady kept talking about the services they offer and in after a short while I terminated the call. This company must be desperate for business so be warned that they will try anything to get your business.

Feels like all my contacts with stoneacre result in a bad review - how on earth did Toyota allow them in? This time make 50 mile round trip to collect Rav 4 being repaired under warranty and the car is still in a heap... they accidentally said job was done, accidentally sent me invoice, accidentally phoned me to say it was ready to collect.

Purchased a 5 month old kuga phev last month. Paid for paintwork protection to be applied. Tried to get a date sorted with salesman 3 times now to keep getting told ill ring you back !!! Enough is enough. Tried ringing customer service support to get a recorded message to leave details. Surprise surprise no callback. Next stop will be small claims court to retrieve what ive paid. 😡

Booked my jeep grand Cherokee 2015 in for a water leak investigation it was replied with a video showing a water leak from a pipe from the engine block I rang up stoneacre asking what was the possibility of fixing the problem the person I spoke to told me it was going to be £4700.00 in labour costs just to drop the engine out I've been told the cost of the repairs and have except the repairs cost WHAT I'm not happy with is I asked for an update on the repairs my car has been away now nearly 2 months today 17/3/25 I asked for an update still waiting don't think this franchise is worth dealing with again WHO CAN YOU TRUST IN THE MOTOR VEHICLE TRADE, CRAIG OWEN very disappointed customer who has been dealing with stoneacre jeep Wolverhampton it's now apparent why jeep sales are down BAD MANAGEMENT AND NO CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE sorry but jeep shouldn't be in this country forfronting there vehicles if this is how you treat your customers you need to think again. Hope to hear from yourselves as support I'm disappointed so far from our UK sales repairs departments Wolverhampton thank you Russell Harrison for your none support you need disposing of . Have a nice day jeep UK your support has been overwhelming

Wanted to buy skoda octavia seen 2 one had 29000 on it the other 38000 i phoned newcastle through my finance company the salesman phoned me the lower mileage in grimsby was sold the other pne was still available i phoned grimsby the following day and told me the car was stilll available i was then ping ponged with this grimsby branch for 10 days they just tell u lies and dont phone you avoid at all costz just waste your time and energy ho elsewhere

Loved the clear and informative detail received from Ashton, have worked in Customer Services for 25 years and recognise great service. As well as being excellent on detail Ashton I felt was completely genuine , warm and engaging. Sam was also just as engaging too. Seems Stoneacre employ great people persons and overall experience could not have been any better/easier. And yes, very pleased with my new Car!

We purchased a Kia Sportage GT Line from Stoneacre Grantham Fiat in March 2025. The service we received from Christian Gadd and Lukas Storey was outstanding. We appreciated Christians friendly, patient, and pressure free approach. He (and Lukas) could not have done any more to make us feel welcome and in safe hands. An absolutely fantastic experience and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Chesterfield Honda branch sales technique is frankly absurd. I went in to buy a £50K car today. After being shown the car but not able to test drive we returned to garage to work out the figures. They wanted me to commit to buying the car and I said I'd need 24 hours to consider on a cool head. Because of this they refused to work out what the PX and monthly cost would be. How can I make a decision without knowing the cost?!?! I checked and I couldn't see Tim or Karen observing so it isn't because they were Apprentice candidates.

Searched for a specific car found Stoneacre Motor Group, dealt with Fowler at Peterborough after receiving a sales call from him. He was unable to get me the car I wanted but offered another Peugeot 3008, few years older, few more miles, a little over £20k, we agreed a deal and a trade in, even though we just pit our own car up for sale on a web site. The car was in Sunderland, I paid a deposit of £100 to secure the deal and in his words, this car would be secured with the deposit and not be sold to anyone else. I arranged to collect the car on the coming Saturday, as we had to give a few days notice to request the funds from a high interest account and also work commitments did not allow for any other day of the week, this was not a problem we were told and they look forward to seeing us on Saturday. Couple of days later, I received a phone call from Fowler stating that the car had been delivered to Peterborough and he would send over a video along with the order form, stating that I did not have to sign anything until I have visited in person on Saturday. On Wednesday evening we had an inquiry regarding our car, which was in excess of £1k more than Stoneacre were offering, I contacted Fowler on the Thursday morning and explained this to him, the response was that was not a problem if I sold the car the deal would be the same, I thanked him, said see you Saturday and to make sure the kettle was on. Early Thursday afternoon, after we agreed to sell our car to a private buyer, booked train tickets, not to mention the penalty for taking out a lump sum from a high interest account, we got a call from Fowler stating that the car had been sold to someone else, to say I was gobsmacked is an understatement, I thought it was a joke, they gave some lame excuse, which I was not buying, they had no justification for what they have done apart from saying they can, even though I had paid a deposit and secured the car. This is not the end of the story, I will pursue this further and take legal action if necessary. We are now without a car as I could not and would not let down the private buyer, have train tickets we cant use and are down money that we lost for taking money out of the high interest account. These large companies cannot be allowed to treat customers in such a disgusting manner, no loss to the company as they made a sell whatever the outcome, deal with these cowboys at your peril. If the director is reading this or any Senior Managers, I request you to get in touch with me.

Sold me a car with fault on the dashboard, they promised to sort out the issue and asked me to pick the car up. They never fixed the issue and one year later subsequently my car failed it's mot .I am now left with no vehicle. This company rips you off Don't trust avoid.

Ordered a Dark Horse Mustang in July 2024. Due to various production delays, scarcity of the car and a final last minute recall for a software update I did not get it until February 2025. Throughout the whole "journey" Stoneacre kept me up to date with progress and went above and beyond to get me the car. On collection day I think Drew, the salesman, was just as excited as I was. He also bought me some merchandise as a thank you for my patience. Top guy and top company.

Melanie was a great when I booked in. Explained everything. Fault sorted very sorted very quickly. When I picked up car Melanie explained what the fault was and what they did to rectify it. I have bought three three cars from this dealer and always had a great service.
