Feb 27,2025Rang stoneacre ford. About interest in a car advertised. Very polite response went through information of vehicle was very informative about vehicle and part exchange of my vehicle. Stefan set up meeting with him for the next day as it was quite late when I rang. I Met Stefan very polite and informative had a look around new vehicle. Asked if it was ok for test drive no problem. The Process was pleasant no uncomfortable pushy hard sell as you get with some garages. A bit of haggling and price agreed on part exchange and outstanding payment felt comfortable throughout the process. Agreed purchase picked up next day, All staff were very pleasant nice to be back to a local franchise. Very helpful would highly recommend. Thanks Stefan & Team

Feb 27,2025This is the place to go for Volvo’s in Yorkshire, trust me I’ve tried others and these guys win hands down! The whole process of enquiry, looking at, test driving, agreeing terms and collection took a week, at all points we were kept informed and the sales process was super smooth! This dealership has a calm, friendly and down to earth atmosphere, all the staff engaging and friendly from front desk and beyond. Customers quietly enjoying a brew (Yorkshire of course) and reading or working as they await MOT’s etc, just a nice vibe! Jarred was our star salesperson, very efficient, effective and so personable and reassuring, nothing too much trouble and he knows his stuff on Volvo and the car you are taking about. Even keeping in touch on his days off (be kind to yourself Jarred) his care for the customer is consistently first class. We have a superb XC90 and the security of servicing and warranty for the next few years with this team of car enthusiasts. While waiting for my MOT I was shown a nearly new Lexus which was exactly what I wanted for my next car, and after discussing financial options I decided to buy it. The staff were very helpful in sorting out a mutually acceptable deal.

After having such a good experience with our prior 2 vehicles from Rob at the Peugeot garage, I contacted Rob regarding a vehicle I was interested in. As from our first experiences Rob was professional, friendly and went above and beyond for us and we can’t thank him enough. Even though we now won’t be looking for another vehicle any time soon, when we do I will be in contact with Rob again.
