Mar 27,2025I do not particularly enjoy the car buying experience, but buying a car from this company from over 200 miles away was about as painless as it could get. It was lovely to be picked up from the train station. An overall very positive experience and I got exactly the car I wanted at a very keen price.

Mar 27,2025This is my second care from Stoneacre (Brinsworth, Rotherham) One Friday I got a call from Lee (Plowright) at Stoneacre asking if I was available for a special event they were running that weekend, unfortunately I was unavailable due to working that weekend. I expressed my unhappiness to Lee about my then current car and he booked me an appointment to come in and chat about it. Lee is very down to earth, accomodating and listened to all of my wants in a car. I did say I was just thinking about it but as soon as I walked around the cars, I saw my dream car, a Jeep Renegade. It was out of my price range but we looked at what we could do with the price and it had been reduced over the weekend. This all happened Monday and I've just driven away in my new Brum (wednesday). Can not thank Lee and Pat enough for looking after me and working so hard. KEEP IT UP, ILL BE BACK IN 5 YEARS... Or maybe sooner... As our lad has his test in July. Thanks fellas!

Mar 27,2025Toyota Teeside I have just returned home with my new Toyota CHR and am absolutely delighted. It’s amazing. A massive thank you to Jay who is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I wanted. Undertook to remedy a little problem with the windscreen immediately. He was so helpful and is a credit to your company. Also a big shout out to Emily who was really nice and very helpful with the paperwork and her knowledge of the car. I have never had such a pleasant experience when buying a car. 1”

Mar 26,2025Communication is not so good A client viewed a ca on Saturday the car battery was flat so they couldn’t have a test drive! the following Friday I viewed the same car and still wasn’t ready for a test drive. The explanation was we come last on the list if we want anything Not very reassuring. I paid £100 refundable deposit and I had to ask for it back almost 2 weeks later. I am happy to provide you with more information. What would you like to know? This was at the Ackworth Branch.
