Apr 01,2025This is a difficult review to write as Stonacre SHEFFIELD were BRILLIANT. However as a company they're a bunch of greedy scumbags, and I don't use the term lightly. Car recalled for a safety issue with fuel pump. Took car in. Got a call from head office about the rear screenwash not working and wanting me to pay an extra £95 to have this fixed. Said no. Stoneacre Sheffield did it anyway free of charge. Great

The lad I dealt with, Declan, was very knowledgeable and took time with me to explain the various features. And differences between models. I ordered a car there and then. And he kept me up to date with the progress. I now have my new XC40 Volvo, and I absolutely love it.
