Mar 28,2025AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! They take advantage of the older generation by selling them services and products they don’t need. They are absolutely horrendous and should be investigated by Trading Standards.

Mar 28,2025Went to the Stoneacre Hyundi Sheffield branch last Monday to have my car serviced and I bought a new tucson. I spoke with Ricky Whiting, who explained all the ins and outs of the new tucson, compared to the old model and the N Line. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in purchasing a new car, and we had some laughs along the way which always makes a difference. I will definitely be doing business again at the branch and also recommending it to family and friends. Thank you Ricky and Peter for your excellent service today when I picked my new car up. Mar 27,2025The selling process was very good and Tom was very polite and helpful to a point. However I feel the attention to detail let stoneacre down, in my opinion. I.e. the valeters took the parcel shelf out to clean and never replaced it, there was no owners guide in the glove box, subsequently we had to make a return journey to collect these items, no charging cable initially, but Tom found one when requested and a scratch had to be polished out while we waited. All these things should have been attended to before we arrived to pick the vehicle up.

Mar 27,2025I was contacted by Elliot from Liverpool dealership. I’ve been a customer for a few years, purchased a couple of cars, have them serviced and MOTd there too. Elliot called to advise me I may be due a refinance according to his system. After providing him with the details requested via email, I had zero response. A week later, Insent another email and still no response. A phone call to Elliot who claimed not to have received any emails until he refreshed his email account and my emails appeared. I gave Elliot the information verbally and since then, absolutely nothing from him. That was over 2 weeks ago. Surely a call to let me know and keep me updated is not too much to ask. I will certainly think twice before using Stoneacre again in the future.

Mar 27,2025I purchased a Honda CRV 24 plate from this Sheffield Stoneacre Honda dealer. The dealership took excellent care of my enquiries finding me the right car spec and creating a good deal to part ex my former car. I dealt with Liam N, Liam made me very welcome , offered a test drive, answered all my questions and kept in regular contact with me over the 10 days to complete the deal. Liam was a great advocate for the Honda brand and offered a superb range of Stoneacre services to support my purchase. Great job .

Mar 27,2025When my old car became un-repairable, I visited Stoneacre Citroen, Chesterfield with a list of essential criteria. (Automatic, room for large dog, low mileage, 4 door, petrol) Matt was straight away able to make suggestions and show me cars that met my requirements. We found my absolute ideal car! Matt was very patient in explaining the gadgets and features of the car (I’ve always driven very old cars with none)! He was very understanding about my current situation limiting my test drive options and ability to repeatedly visit Stoneacre. I test drove the car later the same day, which was magic! 48 hours later I drove away in my new car. Absolutely delighted! Matt’s email communication and updates over that 48 hours were excellent and it was a genuine pleasure to meet someone so pleasant, likeable, knowledgable and unbiased. Jordan was also involved with sorting paperwork, emails, and generally making sure I was happy with everything. Both Matt and Jordon made something I’d been dreading really enjoyable and exciting. I hope Stoneacre continue to employ kind, understanding and experienced staff of such a high calibre as Matt and Jordan.
