Feb 01,2025I bought my second car from Stoneacre Mazda at Silverlink Newcastle. This time, I was looked after by Trevor who was an exceptional member of staff. From the start, Trevor was friendly, informative and very helpful and generally just a nice person. Trevor went out of his way to assist, even after the sale was made, Trevor drove me to the post office to help with tax registration and visited the garage to make sure I had enough petrol for the journey home (and more). In my opinion, Trevor was the cherry on top of the cake with his exceptional service, which in the end, made me choose Stoneacre over another local garage because I felt looked after and confident about the sale. I am very happy with the car and didn't feel pushed into a sale. I was able to reserve a car for a whole week as it was not available to see straight away with a no quibble refund had a decided to change my mind (again, this was organised by Trevor). The car has come with a year's warranty and MOT cover which I'm very happy about.

Feb 01,2025Straight forward and no hassle , but the little things the whole service down.Ie , car not ready on time , not washed on collect , o complimentary mats as discussed, washer bottle top missing and not replaced as discussed, the supposed to be fully swoon collection, but fluid levels not churns oil not changed. Very sad really as I have used the garage many many times in the past

Feb 01,20257 months changed the car again for a EV3 ELECTRIC Auto. Been great Dan once again looked after me with his services. knowledge and advice .Test drive introduction to the care on specifications. The centre at Stafford as all been renew great show room all the cars to look at . Different makes mine is Kia . Great service all round any and all the sales executives are well trained on all makes .Service plane in place . Excellent customer service and care alway helpful get back to you if needed . Five stars no biscuits with my coffee .

The latest one was a good experience too, Josh Chapman our car salesman always had a welcome for us and time to go through the process of buying a new car. From beginning to end. I would always recommend Archer Road Stoneacre as all staff very helpful. Tony the Manager very helpful and goes through the financial requirements in an easy to follow way,

Feb 01,2025Fantastic service from Jamie from making the first phone call , making a offer for my cupra born , which was accepted, paid deposit , was contacted by Jamie with all the information regarding me going to pick up the car up , also was sent a video of my car , arrived at stoneacre and was greeted by Jamie , who showed me around the car , then went through the relevant paperwork , Jamie was very friendly and knowledgeable and talked me through the car controls , a big thank you to Jamie and stoneacre Doncaster for a five star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Feb 01,2025Sales helpful and knew what they were doing and we had a courtesy car (good) but (bad) a fault was found with the starter and a part needed replacement which took time as it had to come from Belgium. When we finally picked up the car the tyre deflation warning came on as we were driving home. Turns out (we hope) either tyres not properly inflated or the electronic reset not done, rather than a slow puncture. But not impressed by your service dept and very glad we didn't sign up to it

Feb 01,2025Excellent helpful service from Hyde Stoneacre Bruce and his colleague, treated with respect and extremely helpful in a difficult situation (single female lost only car key) I had to go to Hyde from Littleborough because the awful man at Rochdale Stoneacre said I could not get a key without having Ecu or Evu changed and all locks changed unhelpful, disrespectful liar who should not be representing Stoneacre or needs a lesson in Customer service and dealing with females and put on a training course as he obviously doesn’t know his job when I got key from Hyde - they couriered it over to Rochdale and they were again unhelpful and rude when I went to pick key and told me I would need to get car in on a low loader and it would take a few days to programme another lie - I have got it done without moving the car in less than an hour 5 stars Bruce and team Zero stars Rochdale Stoneacre you should be ashamed.

Feb 01,2025Sal at Chesterfield was friendly, laid back and not at all pushy, we had visited 5 dealerships around Chesterfield over one weekend but we should have gone to Volvo first. We received the best price for our trade in and felt we got a good deal for our XC60, I decided to surprise my husband with running boards and Sal sorted it in time for collection.
