My daughter had a minor bump in the car, took it into stoneacre toyota stockton for an assessment the guys had a look and said it would cost about £450 so I went ahead on that repair it was cheaper than going through my insurance, once the repair was carried out and i paid the bill,they then informed me that the bumper was cracked which would need replacing possibly at a cost of about £600 with labour if I was given this information at the assessment I would have gone through my insurance spoke to Matthew in service and he couldn't give me a plausable reason this was missed at the initial assessment so I'm going to be out of pocket which I really cannot afford I'm coming up to 70 beginning of may.

I took my Fiat Van to Stoneacre Hyde branch for a service, it was the best expearince on visiting a car dealership in a long while. Everyone went above board to make me comfortable whilst I waited. One lady in particular stood out for her people skills, Taniesha, you are a credit to the company.

I had a very frustrating experience when I was about to purchase a G63 from Aston Martin Stoneacre specialist cars Newcastle,The vehicle had a mileage discrepancy that was never disclosed to me, and to make matters worse, it was misrepresented with a fake Urban body kit. I trusted that a dealership of this caliber would be upfront about the condition of their vehicles, but this was a huge letdown. Transparency and honesty should always be a priority when purchasing a luxury vehicle, and I didn’t feel like I was treated with the integrity I expected. I highly suggest potential buyers proceed with caution. Further more they brushed off the fact the g63 had expensive advisories on the mot which would have been done with any other reputable brand!

Andrew Clews was very helpful with the purchase of the car, extremely pleasant. We looked at the various cars I could choose. He explained the buying process to me, and guided me round the car before I drove away. He gave me plenty of time, did not rush or pressure me into making a purchase, and made the whole experience a pleasure. He also helped me install the Dacia App on my phone as I am not very tech-savvy, which I was very grateful for. A real gentleman.

I can’t be bothered to leave a review All I will say is if they do you a deal with the warranty make sure you know it’s only valid if you have your really expensive service with them.

Brian Dowsett and Mark Knaggs were excellent. I bought a second hand Volvo XC40 Inscription Pro just before christmas 2024. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They kept me updated and took me through the buying process. Not pushy, just professional. Great Car. Love it.

Very impressed with the service I received from Alex. He made me very welcome and ran through the details of the vehicle I was interested in, the HR-V Advance Hybrid. I was a little worried changing from a car to an SUV hybrid. Alex took me out for a test drive, first driving himself then when in a quiet area got me to take over driving, reassuring me all the way. I found the vehicle lovely to drive and suited my needs admirably. Alex went through all the details of ordering the car through the Motabilty scheme and I confidently completed the order. Following confirmation of the order Alex got in touch and confirmed the order was complete and gave me a window for probable delivery. Delivery was sooner than expected and collection and handover all sorted. Thank you Stoneacre Honda and particularly Alex

My wife and I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU for the lovely young Salesman Charlie Mason for being a really professional but laid back salesman who worked with us to get a used car we wanted a couple of weeks ago, similar to our usual Peugeot 3008 but more within our price range, our favourite colour and a low mileage automatic car to help with my mobility issues. We got a lovely Nissan Qashqai 1.3 DIG-T MHEV N-Connecta XTRON Euro 6 (s/s) 5dr We couldn’t be happier and please with the service we have received and would have no hesitation in recommending Stoneacre Used Cars to anyone. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I purchased a car from them less than 6 six months ago, expecting it to be properly prepared for resale. However, it has become clear that the vehicle was not adequately inspected or maintained. Specifically, they failed to check the cambelt, which is a fundamental part of ensuring a car’s reliability and safety. This negligence has now resulted in significant issues, and despite raising the matter with them, they have been unwilling to take any responsibility or offer a resolution. The level of customer service has been equally poor. I expected a more professional and customer-focused approach, but instead, I was met with dismissiveness and a lack of accountability. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this company. Their lack of care and unwillingness to address legitimate concerns is unacceptable. A very disappointing experience overall. Avoid at all cost.

I cannot understand how this company has any employees because if the way they treat customers is anything to go by they really won’t care how they treat their staff. Appalling customer service. I’d had my car 32 days when I reported smoke coming from under the bonnet, the latest in a list of faults it clearly had before I bought it. (I was assured it had undergone a full service and thorough pre collection check before I took ownership only for a warning light advising me an oil change was urgently necessary within the first week of ownership). 9 weeks later they’ve still got it. The fault was so serious for a vehicle of its age and mileage I initially asked for an extended warranty. I was completely ignored. Only when I asked for my money back did I immediately get an automated email giving me an extended warranty, no apology, no explanation. They’ve had it so long and the potential other serious related faults mean I do not want it back. They now refuse to refund me because I’d had the vehicle more than 30 days. So 2 days. That’s 48 hours. I reported it to them on a Monday because 2 days earlier was a Saturday and the department wasn’t open. Also found documents containing personal details including names, addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers and email addresses in the glove box of the loan car. Edited to say I appreciate you ‘forwarding my response to the relevant department’ I’ve been trying to speak to them about this for 9 weeks now and have just been stonewalled by your entire team, including head office team because you are adamant that this is outside your 30 day legal obligation. Update 10.02.25 finally managed to speak to customer service this evening as directed by ‘the owner’ in an email after several attempts. Spoke to the same guy who has stone walled me during previous contact - deep joy - who knew nothing about this and who is adamant they have stuck to consumer law to the letter and that even though the department I needed to speak to about my vehicle was closed on the aforementioned Saturday, that the company wasn’t(!) I have absolutely zero confidence or faith in this vehicle now, honestly expecting something to go wrong with engine or gearbox - and likely not under warranty. If this were to happen whilst towing a horsebox, it would be extremely dangerous and having only been able to drive it for 32 days I can’t even part exchange it for something else as it’s now worth £4000 less than I paid for it. 15.02 STILL waiting for a call back from head office customer service despite being promised one 4 days ago. I’m certain they think if they ignore me I will go away. Absolutely shocking way to deal with serious complaints. On the day my vehicle was ready to collect I said I didn’t want to take it back until my complaint was resolved as did not want it to be taken that I accepted its return . I was more or less bullied into taking the vehicle back by head office customer service and would have partexchanged it for something else already was it not worth so much less than I paid for it - having owned it for only 32 days. Complete sham. After leaving messages on 14 unreturned phone calls to head office customer services over the last 2 weeks I have tonight finally managed to speak to the same person who again blocked me from speaking to anyone in higher authority and told me that the request to contact customer service by the owner because their actions were unacceptable actually came from their social team not the owner. Regardless it would seem that the social team have a better customer service awareness than the actual customer service team themselves

My car had its mot and service recently and the guys did a brilliant job, kept me updated from dropping it off to picking it up. Also hoovered it out which they didn’t have too a know extra charge. While they serviced it I had a hire car for the day until mine was ready to pick up. 5 stars all round
