Fabio (Peterborough Manager) promised my £1000 compensation to try and address the awful customer service provided over the past 12 months. After having made this offer he then ghosted me and will not acknowledge my emails... The money has still not been received. He also failed to respond to a subject access request and I will now be filing a complaint with the ICO. I have never come across such a lack of care for the customer. Avoid Fabio and avoid Stoneacre!
All the staff I dealt with were professional and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. From test driving a car to purchasing and collecting, it was very quick and all went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend stoneacre.

Staff involved were all very pleasant and easy to deal with. The vehicle was as described in advert. Whilst service plan documentation was provided details of ongoing breakdown recovery are still awaited including telephone number to use in event of a breakdown.

I’ve had an awful experience with this garage, and I feel obligated to warn others. I dropped off my car for repairs and have already waited TWO WEEKS. When I called to check on the status, they told me I’d have to wait another week for parts to arrive! This delay is unacceptable, especially since I rely on my car for work as a taxi driver. I’ve made it very clear to them that this car is essential for my job and also mentioned that I’m a student in my final year. I don’t have the time to deal with these endless delays or travel unnecessarily, as I need to focus on my studies. But they clearly don’t care about customers' urgent needs or situations. This is not the first issue I’ve had with this garage. Last time, I waited a whole month for my car, only to have it break down again within hours of picking it up! Warning lights on the dashboard came back immediately, showing they don’t fix cars properly or thoroughly. Their service is unprofessional, their communication is poor, and they don’t prioritize customer needs. If you’re considering using this garage, think twice! They’ll waste your time, your money, and add unnecessary stress to your life. I do NOT recommend this garage to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and take your car somewhere serious and reliable.
From arranging a test drive and stepping into the showroom staff were warm and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what I wanted to know. From ordering car to pick up was a smooth process and Chris spent a good amount of time getting me used to how the settings work. Showroom was immaculate and inviting and will be back when I start looking for my next one.
Nathan our salesman at Doncaster and he was absolutely brilliant. We were really pleased with our car and it was as great as he said it would be. It was prepared really well, he went through the features of the car and we are very impressed with the service. Really easy and straight forward to deal with and I would definitely recommend to all of my family and friends.

The car was exactly as described and Ian, the lovely man who drove over 400 miles to deliver the car was punctual, polite and lovely too.
