Easy process from choosing the car and it being checked over properly very happy with the product easy timed collection and finalising the purchase. Not as impressed with the follow up phone calls trying to sell me further products four different people calling me about the same product doesn’t seem to be any internal communication.

Very happy with the purchase process for new van from Stoneacre. Oskar introduced himself to us and we told him which van we were interested in. After supplying us with coffee he sat us down and found the perfect van for our needs. He obviously had the knowledge and was very informative and chatty. Nothing seemed too much trouble and answered all our questions patiently. After we agreed the purchase, Oskar kept us well informed as to what was happening with the extras we asked for. Any contact with different members of staff at Stoneacre we found them to be very professional and friendly. We really appreciated the follow up phone call the day after we collected the van, asking if we were completely happy and any problems. On the whole we found Stoneacre to be a good company to deal with and hope their after sales service is as good as first point of contact.

Made a two hour journey to view a used car at Stone acre, Blackburn (Renault), which we were told had full service history. I had a few phone conversations with the sales team prior to the visit, placed a deposit on the vehicle, and was assured it would be ready to drive away that day if we decided to purchase after viewing. However, after arriving at the showroom, (and waiting whilst the sales rep smoked his cigarette at the front door) we were told that we may not be able to take the car that day as the accounting team wasn’t in. We test drove the car, which was not properly valeted as promised, and then asked to see the service history, only to be told that they couldn’t show it is as it was a Saturday. The guy then revealed it had been a rental car. This was not previously mentioned. The sales guy was very apologetic but the manager, who clearly wasn’t overly busy didn’t make the effort to come over and apologise for our 4 hours plus of wasted journey etc. It took over two weeks and numerous phone calls to stoneacre to get my deposit back. Avoid this garage!!
Excellent service from start to finish, made me feel welcome as soon as entering the showroom. Showed me the cars I was interested in from the website but was not pushy and gave me time to make up my mind. Salesman polite, friendly and professional and I felt I could trust him as he gave me a good deal on the choice I made.

Was always pleasant on the phone and not too pushy .The price of the new car was very competitive and the whole process from buying and getting delivered from 200 miles away was all done and dusted within a few days .Just how I like to do car buying
