Do not buy from here payment taken , no goods received and no replies to emails go elsewhere!!!!
Still not received order 12 weeks later and doubt it will ever come. This company is a scam don’t waste your time or money
I have ordered from this company before but this time I pplaced an order and got nothing. No reply to emails no phone to call and a vague address which has no streetview. Only surprised it still has a card facility? Don't waste your money
Wish I had read these reviews before and would give it 0 stars if I could. I placed an order on the 1st May, hasn't been dispatched and they aren't responding to emails. I would like a refund but not sure this is going to happen. UPDATE: After contacting them through their online form several times and receiving no response I raised a dispute with my bank for a fraudulent transaction and received the money back. This took several months in total.
Order placed 15.05.2021 not received to date (a month later). Have asked for an update 3 times, no reply. I like to give companies (and people) the benefit of the doubt, esp in Covid times but this is unacceptable.
I ordered my knife on 24th May got genuine receipt in email and order update email aswell and not received yet.tried to contact them no answer the worst company ever and the worst thing is they are still operating and no one is looking at it please dont buy anything from Swisstool they will never pick the phone or reply to emails
3 emails to support and no response, what a pile pap of a company, no order received shows in picking endlessly. Avoid, do not buy. UPDATE I would suggest raising a card charge back with your bank or credit card company once 15 days has elapsed from ordering. I wish I’d actually clicked on trust pilot to check them first and it would have saved me the bother. Currently awaiting my bank to get back once they have investigated and hopefully get a refund.
Made a purchase, have not received, owed a refund which I have not received. Communication is non-existent. Tried emailing several times, no reply. Tried calling, no answer. Ordered similar item from another site, arrived 2 days later and they replied to all my emails!
Unfortunately my experience echoes those of others on Trustpilot. My order did not arrive I have had no reply to several emails asking for a replacement.
I am absolutely flabbergasted that this company is still permitted to trade. I ordered a Swiss Army Knife in January which never arrived. As with all the other reviewers, I had no response to emails or phone calls. I eventually turned to my bank HSBC who took two months to refund my payment. It's very sad that these crooks are still operating :(
After buying a swiss army knife for £40, and waiting over 3 weeks, it still says "In Picking", with no sign of it ever being delivered. I emailed, phoned and submitted Contact Us forms several times to get it touch, yet I received no reply. Finally, I checked Trust Pilot to get to the bottom of the problem, and so it wasn't surprising when all the reviews outlined this exact issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
As all the other reviews . No item , no replies . Why are they still being allowed to trade , not trade ..... rip people off . Everyone complain to Google and trading standards so we can all stop this bunch of robbers
Placed order. Never received the item. I have contacted their customer service via online form, send email. Without any response. Total rip-off. Stand away!

I would have given no stars if I could. Placed an order on 25th April. Money was taken from my account on the 26th. Order still not received. I have used the contact us form three times with no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Service is disgraceful Reported to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice. They said everyone should do the same. Loads of poor reviews on here so hope they do
I placed an order for a Swisschamp XLT, with personalised engraving, they successfully took the payment, but that's the last I heard from them; the order was made on the 17th April. I can't even look to see the order status, the only options for account, is to sign-in, or to register, and that doesn't change once I have "signed-in." The cheeky sods are even lying about their own Trustpilot score. Tut, Tut, & King Tut.
There's no 0 stars otherwise that would have been a more honest review. No replies to emails and phone calls and no delivery after 1 month - on the web site it continually says 'in picking' re the order status! Don't purchase from here as its fraudulent.
I ordered a Camper in yellow on April 28th and then saw all the negative reviews here so I wasn't holding out much hope. I've just received my order today, May 4th, so all good. When I look in my account on swisstool.co.uk the order status still says 'In Picking' which is odd.

Jun 19,2021Having read other reviews, I’m lucky I received my order BUT I paid for it to be engraved and it wasn’t. I’m bitterly disappointed, as this was meant to be a special gift for my Dad, who had his penknife stolen. Very upset with the service of this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
