Stay away from it! Believe me, their low prices do not make up for their poor customer service. Not worth it, especially with the current Rogers' promotions.

Never had any issues or slow internet. Great customer service. Sad I had to switch providers after my year contract was up. The price difference between staying with TekSavvy or move to a different provider is too big to stay
You raised my price when a 12 month discount ended. There was no warning. Now I have to call you and threaten to leave to get the discount back…but instead I am going to shop around first and might just switch. What a short sighted approach.
Internet connection is not stable. Price doubled as soon as promotion was over
Usually trouble free connections...speed is ok. TOO MANY DROPOUTS around 5:30-6pm. Slow during 10:30am period and noon but i understand that there is a lot of congestion then being coffee break and lunch time.

Been with this provider for seven years, they've been amazing with customer support and any issues I've had were always solved.
Terrible! The WORST customer service I've ever experienced.They sent a cogeco tech to my house without telling me and I had no idea why he was there so I obviously wouldn't let him in my house. 2 hours later my internet was shut off without notice because my line was supposedly interrupting neighbour's line and they wanted a tech to come check it out. They made me wait 4 days before sending a other tech. The following week, I was moving and made arrangements for a tech to come hook it up at my new house on a certain day. But they came 2 days early when I was not even living there and made me wait 2 weeks for a tech to come hook it up. The following week, the bank took longer to process my payment because of a long weekend and they slowed my internet speed down without notice. Definitely don't recommend.

The price is great. The people are friendly. The technicians really know their stuff, I have spoken with a few of them. The last time was a few months ago, when computer would not connect; it was the first time that it was necessary to have a Rogers repairman in my home. I have used Tek Savvy for 11 years now and I would not trade.
