All aspects of being an excellent ISP are very true. One of the main attractions (to me this is a major "different in a good way") years ago that attracted me to switch ISP to Teksavvy was a list of cable modems that it supports, however, this list is no longer available online. Although I could receive the same list of modems from support (I did receive the list).

After several years 5 or 6 as a customer and never missing or being late with a payment I finally missed one and my first contact from you is a threat of engaging a collection agency. Instead it would have been nice to get an email that said something like "Hey did you forget about us you missed your last payment." Not as customer friendly as you would have everyone believe.

Great customer service! I do not recall ever experiencing a company ever giving back to their customers like Teksavvy did years ago. It was only a dollar but still it's something uniquely special to Teksavvy's business acumen and decency. In the past, I got booted from the Internet too many times, but I haven't been booted from the Internet in years. I am a very loyal customer for all the above reasons.

Reliable service. I am usung internet service more than ten years. Couple time I had small technical problem. Service was fast and good. I am happy to use TekSavvy.

My wifi didn’t work for a whole month and because I didn’t cancel it right away they can’t refund me for my month when I wasn’t even using the wifi all month I was using my data this company is bs

Teksavvy has provided a reliable cost effective internet service to us over the past few years. Unfortunately in our area they are not able to offer fiber optic or high speed internet, however their price is better than the "big 3". We are able to watch IPTV (especially when the satellite dish is affected by the Weather), surf the net, and keep in touch with family and friends with e-mails and facetime.

I wish there was option to leave no stars. Many other internet providers out there, don’t waste your time with these guys. Absolutely horrific to deal with.don’t recommend Tek Savvy.

Update. Missed the Superbowl on my big Samsung tv. Had to watch it on a tiny Fire tablet. Couldn't follow the play and the ball was invisible. Customer service via phone was totally useless. Days go by. Followed all the online prompts and self help suggestions. NOWHERE does Teksavvy inform the customer that the app ONLY WORKS WITH THE LATEST VERSION of the Amazon Firestick!?! GOOD GRIEF! How does this company retain any customers?😡

3 days without internet as of now. I requested multiple time a callback from a supervisor, that I never received. The only solution provided by the team was to reset the modem... after resetting it 109 times, I dont know if a miracle was supposed to happen? They cannot send technical help to fix it. They then suggested a new modem, which would be sent by mail in 3 business days. Although, we dont even know if that would be the solution!? So, I was suppose to wait up to 6-7 days without internet? Awesome!
