We have had terminix since 1999, never an issue. This year when I saw termites in a bathroom and needed someone to come out and see if we did indeed have a problem, the person never showed up. He did call 6 hours later to leave a voice mail that he had interruptions, whatever that means. He obviously had my phone number so he could have called sooner. Rescheduled for the next day and the new technician never showed up or called at all. I have rescheduled for next week, we will see. I have never had this issue in all the years we have had Terminix, Im wondering if management or ownership has changed. I see a lot of bad reviews stating no one ever showed up. My husband has been after me to cancel the annual contract and maybe it is time

have two accounts with Terminex, love our tech, can NEVER get anyone on our account to return a phone call to show up for other services, etc etc. Customer service is a polite JOKE.

Terminix sold me the best service they had said they would get rid of everything. They have been coming here for about six months. I started seeing fleas recently. I contacted them, they said they would send someone out but it would be a little over two weeks before they could get here. They showed up today completely unprepared for a flea treatment and said it could not be done today. I should have never seen a flea in the first place since I paid for their top of the line kill everything and let God sort them out plan I called in to cancel my service and they told me they were going to cancel me but I still had to pay the rest of the contract, over $800. I obviously told them good luck collecting. They are one of the worst companies I have done business with in a very long time.

I called Terminix about a Mole issue I was having. They assured me that they did Mole removal and scheduled an appointment for me for the following day. They said that a technician would be over to my house between 10 and 11 o'clock and that they would call me around a half hour before they would arrive. Come 11:00 I had no call or no technician at my house. I called them around 11:15. I was told that they cancelled my appointment because they do not do Mole control in my area. I never received a call or message letting me know this. I guess my time doesn't matter to them. I will never do business with this company again.

So far, my experience with Terminix has not been very good. When you call in the people are nice. When the so-called inspector comes out, he does not inspect everything, and I did as him to and he said the agent that comes for the next appointment will go into the attic and I believed him, that did not happen, the second guy that came sealed a couple spots outside and I had to ask him to complete the outside and I asked him why didn't he go into the attic, he said he did not bring enough equipment to do the attic and the other seals weren't needed. At this point I was just ready for him to leave. I had to call again to get someone to come out and I was told they would call and give me an appointment, no one called I called them several times and found out I was scheduled for an appointment, no one called to confirm it or see if I was available that day. Terminix seem to be okay taking money but not assisting a customer properly. They can't bother to make sure the customer is being taken care of, but they have no problem taking the money. I should have gone with a mom-and-pop company and maybe I would get better service. Terminix management sure doesn't care. 3/24/25, 3/26/25 and new appointment today 4/2/25 lets see what happens

What made my experience so great is because of Rick. This is the gentleman who comes to my house and works wonders. One of the wonders is his knowledge of what needs to be done. He also is thorough in all his work, is pleasant to work with, polite and encouraging. The world would be a better place is everyone acted with his enthusiasm and work ethic. I appreciate him and his work and trust what he says and does.

Terminix would charge monthly but only come out once a quarter. They stopped communicating and would just schedule whenever they felt like it. This last time they decided to skip the first quarter but not tell me and still collect all the money. I guess they hoped I wouldn't notice. Terminix used to be a reputable company but this behavior makes it seem like one of those scams that used to be on late night TV.

I was mislead by inspector sold me on service which he stating repairs that they don't do and pricing was a o incorrect. Supervisor Curry came out later stating he would take care of a refund and talk to inspector about telling me they would fix something as part of service which is not in there scope of work. Curry never got ba cv k to me and DOESN'T RETURN PHONE CALLS. So HE LIED TOO......

Bed bugs. They made me wait 2 days covered in bed bug bites itching like crazy, then want to quote me $5000 for heat treatment…. I got a tank of propane, and a radiant space heater attachment. Super heated the rooms. 80 bucks. Bugs melted.

Beware when they do attic inspection, they fraudulently make up stuff like rat infestation, to upsell you their attic restoration and exclusion services. They quoted me $18,000, and created a sense of urgency. When I hired a second opinion pest service they said I had no issues in my attic other than normal standard activity with mice. And now when I cancelled their services after 25 years of being a customer they are not even willing to prorate my quarterly payment that was made early this month.

You are profesional, courteous, excellent comunicacion skills, clear explanations of the process and responsiveness to questions. TERMINIX REPRESENTATIVE CAME OUT TO MY RESIDENCE, TO GET RID OF MY PEST PROBLEMS THAT THEY TRIED 11 YRS AGO. THEY FAILED THEN AND THEY FAILED NOW, WITH ANOTHER AGREEMENTS AND EVEN NOW THEY CANT HONOR TO RID MY ATTIC OF WOLF RATS, HE LIED ON TODAYS APPLICATION WHEN CLEARLY THEIR WAS ACTIVE EVIDENCE SEEN, DROPPINGS ALL AROUND. THEN HE SAID TERMINIX HAD A PROGRAM TO GET RID OF THE RATS ONLY TO LATER FIND OUT IT WASN'T THRU TERMINIX BUT A LOAN CO NAMED SMAC, AND THEY WEREN'T PRESENT IN DISCUSSING THE CONTRACT, BUT THEY DID MAIL ME AN UNSIGNED FORM WELCOME LETTER, THANKING ME FOR A FINANCED SERVICE CONTRACT, TERMINIX AND THIS COMPANY IN MEMPHIS HAS A TERRIBLE BBB REVIEW WITH NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS, WHY WASN'T THE LOAN COMPANY THERE IN THE MEET AND GREET MEETING AS WELL. AND I HAVE A DISABILITY, DUE TO STROKES AND I REALLY FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

Had problems with birds entering my home. Terminix promised to patch up all entries into the home and on the roof. Salesman asked for payment up front. (I should have known better). Project never completed. No call backs, no refund, unbelievable fraud. Still fighting and it's been over a year. Please don't do business with Terminix. $2,000 lost 😔

Terminix termite service has been a nightmare for us.They missed multiple appointments and caused us thousands in delays across our three properties.Not once have they been on time for an appointment.They even performed services without our approval. Then billed our contractor. We are extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend them.

I can't make this up! After five days of phone calls with people who recite the same programed words ("To whom do I have the pleausre of speaking with?"} an appointment was finally arranged for a free inspection. \"Craig will be there between 8-10 am on Friday." i took the day off from work and at 10am I called Terminex for Craig's ETA. On hold for 12 minutes. Finally told that I would receive a calll within 5 minutes from Craig, giving me his ETA. Craig did indeed call, but he was in White Plaines, at least an hour from NYC, and he was shocked to hear that I was expecting him. He informed me that Terminix does not serve Manhattan, hasn't for years, and he feels so terribly bad for me! How can a business be run in such a manner?

Very bad service. Did'nt come to the appointment, that I have confirmed 2 hours ago. no call, no apologises. When I went to home depot bicycling I meet a Termimix truck and I talk to the driver explaining the case. He told me he'll call me in twenty minutes. I am still waiting!

Just like everyone else.... shame on me for not reading trust pilot. Scheduling - one person said they'll be there first thing on Thursday. Thursday morning the guy calls and says that I can't get there until the afternoon. The tech who sprayed the chemicals stated "the plastic bed encasements" are included. Then you find out they try to charge you $200 for what you can get on A-zon for $50. NEVER, NEVER....NEVER... use Terminix

Would not use Terminex again. They did get rid of our termites. We signed a contract & paid up front for termite removal & indoor pest control issues. They only took care of termites. Never once contacted us after they got our money. Then started taking monthly payments out of our bank account for the indoor pest control ( which they didn’t provide). We are still awaiting reimbursement. We will not be using them again.Very disappointed with service.
