Bought my Terra Nova Pioneer 2 late last year. Unfortunately managed to break a pole last Thursday night. Emailed them Friday morning and under the 2 year no quibble pole guarantee my new pole arrived on the following Tuesday. Outstanding customer service.

Bought an item from Terra Nova through mountain warehouse. The item never arrived and Terra Nova and mountain warehouse have both refused to refund. Avoid them. Luckily I bought the item on credit so I'll be able to report this to the bank as fraudulent and hopefully get refunded that way.
The site state next day delivery and thus misleading. To clarify, they 'aim' to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt. They ship it to DPD’s next-day delivery service. DPD then can take up to 3 days to deliver. So in summery if you buy an item < £50 you pay premium rate for delivery that falls way beyond what is stated

Had a small issue with new Laser As on recent trip to lake district. On return I contacted the sales team and they were absolutely fantastic cannot fault the service. By far the best service I have ever experienced.
The package arrived as planned, no problems with the service point option and the packaging. Having ordered it from Europe I was not aware of the amount of douane fees, my bad, although a warning/an estimate from the site would have been nice to make it clear.

I had an issue with a pole on my recently purchased Southern Cross 1, which I bought from Terra Nova as a factory second. I was worried the'second' status might affect the guarantee, but I emailed with photos and Gopinath in the customer service team replaced the pole without hesitation. Got my new pole in a couple of days, in time for for my next trip! I've had six Terra Nova/Wild Country tents over the years and they have all been fantastic. I've used other brands and only a Macpac tent I had came close in quality. Top tip -avoid Nordisk like the plague! They look great on paper, but are like a paper bag on the hill! :)
First time buying a tent from Terra Nova. After some initial advice from Gopinath, I recently bought a Quasar. I had some minor issues with inner fly, but after calling customer service and a brief email exchange, everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Gopinath was polite, professional and extremely helpful. I was really impressed with how quickly my query was resolved and I'd definitely recommend Terra Nova to anyone looking for high quality products and excellent customer service. Well done!
Website stock was inaccurate - bought tent that was not in stock. Found out a few days later after emailing for update. Customer service since that point has been really good.

I have placed my order on 24th January (Friday) in evening. On 30th January (Thursday), DHL took the package. Today morning (4th February, Tuesday) I got the tent (Terra Nova Laser Compact 2). Really excellent service.

Apr 16,2025So I bought the Southern Cross 2 around the 30/10/23 for £690 and have used it probably between 10 to 15 times. Within that timescale the poles have been bent twice due to wind and the zip door has broken due to a little bit of user error but at the same time I'm questioning the use of materials on this tent because all I did was try to use the zip which snagged and then came off in my hand, and I'd like to say the materials are pretty similar if not the same to a tent 1/2 the price. This tent is marketed as a 4 season tent!? It's only four season if you pick what days you go out on, we live on a windy island so for poles to keep bending and given a response to just keep replacing them is beyond me. I didn't buy a tent that I have to keep replacing parts on and repairing for just shy of £700. It's all ok though, I was offered %15 off my pole purchase... So now I'm left without a tent because I refuse to pay for repairs on a tent that isn't fit for purpose. I went with this company because they are UK based but I'll do you a favour get the Nort Tent vern 2 it's the same price point and looks bomb proof, don't make the same mistake I have and think your buying a 4 season tent when really it's 3 season at best.
