May 22,2022Spoke to sales they were very efficient and knowledgeable. I bought replacement tent poles for a well loved and well used tent, because I had left the original poles at a campsite. When the new poles came I was able to return them for a refund as the originals had been sent on. TN refunded promptly. First class service.

May 19,2022The ordering process was very easy and the poles I ordered were exactly what i was looking for. I paid for next day delivery on the Monday, as I needed them in a hurry but they didn't arrive until the Friday, which caused quite a bit of inconvenience. I emailed to ask if i would be refunded the cost of delivery and received no response

ORIGINAL REVIEW: When you buy a top of the range product like this, you would expect everything to be included. Disappointed not to have pegs included. When I emailed customer service to see if they were missing, I got a very short one sentence email back “There are no pegs supplied with the bivi.” Shame not to have any advice on where to buy them or indeed a hint at a brand personality or customer engagement. I hope the bivi is warmer than their customer service.

May 03,2022Pioneer 2 - had my eye on this tent for a while now, Great quality tent! had it out for the first time at the weekend and just a few things i picked up on - 1. no loop in inner to hang a light. 2. not sure why the inner is not attached to fly in the corners ? just a bungee that is a bit awkward to get them and pull out to pegs 3. footprint bungee's could be shortened by half. apart from these minor issues a fantastic tent :-)

Apr 11,2022Terra nova make great kit and I have used their stuff since way back when wild county was the main tent brand. I ordered a tent and a set extra sand pegs and subsequently ordered a groundsheet protector immediately afterwards as I had forgot to add it to the cart. All items showed as in stock online. The order was placed on 01/01/22 (Friday). I received a notification from DPD on Monday the 4th advising delivery on the 5th. I have found DPD to be a reliable courier and this was as expected. The package arrived and I found only the tent footprint had been sent. I contacted Terra nova by email on Tuesday the 5th asking where the tent was and asked what the reason for this was. I didn’t get a reply to this. On Wednesday the 6th I then got another notification from DPD saying expect a parcel on Thursday. I emailed terra nova again on Thursday afternoon asking for a reason for this, had the order just been forgotten? No reply. Later on Thursday the 7th my delivery arrived and inside I find a tent but no additional pegs. The packing slip made no mention of the pegs. I emailed terra nova again on Thursday evening asking what has happened, if they could provide any information on why and lastly when to expect the missing pegs. It’s now Monday the 11th, so we are 10 days+ down the road and I’m sure you will have guessed, no reply. Clearly someone is reading the emails and silently correcting the mistakes but this is rubbish customer service. The lack of any apology or explanation is poor. And still no pegs. It would be really nice to get an email from someone in charge about this. I would have written a complaint directly and not on the internet but I honestly doubted anyone would get back to me.

Apr 11,2022The good: my tent arrived the day after I ordered it. This was a very pleasant surprise; Terr Nova only "endeavour to ship your goods within 48 hours of receipt of your order". The bad: the tent came with no pitching instructions, and the only instructions on the website are for a previous model.

Apr 07,2022Pioneer 2 tent The tent arrived quickly and when they said it would. The tent itself is fantastic and of great quality. It was nice to get a full set of decent pegs that would do both the tent and groundsheet. A few added small free items added into the box was a nice touch.

Jun 02,2022Recently bought a Wild Country Helm 1 Compact. The use of a footprint is recommended however I am completely unable to purchase this anywhere in the UK! There do not seem to be any stock of this available. Really disappointing as I like to look after my kit so that it looks after me when I'm wild camping
