Jun 24,2023From Start to finish took 2 days. 7th June, Linda took my initial call, arranged for Chris to call me back, that same night. Chris called and arranged to visit next day 8th June. Chris arrived when he said he would, explained everything we needed to know and more, no hard sell, just plain down to earth knowledge. We agreed on the price and Chris arranged for George to come out next day 9th, to install. Although George was a little late, he called us to explain why and when he would be with us. When he arrived he got started and never stopped until he was finished. Just a few hours later it was all installed, operation explained and mess cleaned up. No fuss, no mess , brilliant. Would give a 5 star, but for some strange reason it (Trustpilot) wont activate that 5th star.

Jun 14,2023A phone call made to The Boiler Exchange on Wednesday. Chris came on the Thursday and explained all about the boiler. He used easy to understand language and did not try to baffle us with jargon. He gave us a very fair price for a top rated boiler. The very next day James arrived at the agreed time. The old boiler was removed, the new boiler was fitted. Both boiler and hive were explained and James left just over four hours later with everything cleared away and left neat as a pin. Both Chris and James were very knowledgeable and friendly. Great service and would recommend The Boiler exchange to anyone.

Answered every question we had, considering that we were first time buyers. Gave us a great deal nd the engineers that installed the system done a 10/10 job. If you need a boiler, this is the company to use.

Mar 16,20232 weeks since boiler fitted Viessmann model Chris came to my home 15mins later Contract agreed 2 days later boiler fitted Fitter excellent job tidy Just left him.at my home for 4hrs Came back packing up boiler working Hive gave me a headache but 2 paracetamol got it working Very pleased start to finish New flue was concerned about my rough cast as you see so many after boiler fitted Rougham is a eyesore Mines after builder did his job You wouldn't even noticed Boiler price and fitting excellent value for money Cannot recommend this company enough Gave the fitter £10 for a few beers Great workmanship Now 1 year later 4 phone calls for annual service No reply no service booked Used another local company as 2mths since first phone call Disappointed in after care service

The install team of 3 attended on time and completed on time leaving no mess and provided a full explanation of how the new boiler system operated. Would happily recommend.

Feb 02,2023Made an enquiry on Tuesday at 2pm about a new boiler, Wednesday at 2pm everything was installed, no mess , no fuss, just a lovely warm house with lots of hot water. Work done to a very high standard. Thank you. Customer service as it should be.

James, who installed the boiler was really great, identifying an easier and cheaper way for us to plumb in the boiler and arranging the repair of some slight damage to the boiler without any prompting. Everything was clearly explained, the area was neatly cleaned up afterwards and it was all in all a no hassle installation.
