Mar 28,2018Fantastic job from start to finish would highly recommend this company to install your new boiler, very friendly and they tidy up everything before they leave. The gas engineer took the time to explain how the new boiler operates as I am not very good with new technology.

Nov 15,2017Decided to replace my older boiler with a newer efficient “A”rated combi boiler and I was”nt disappointed. They were very professional and experienced and did an excellent job. Their price,warranty and after sales was also much better than the other quotations that I received. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Nov 07,2017First appointment was to carry out a review before quotation - this was conducted professionally and quickly but took into account my own requirements. Two other companies had been asked to quote on the same specification (all three companies knew that I was using a range of companies for quotes). I understand that cheapest is not always the best, but Boiler Exchange came in 12% lower that one company and 30% lower than the other. On the day of installation they arrived at the due time, advised us of the process that they would follow, and ask for our permission to proceed. For about two hours during the process we were without hot water (both taps and heating) but as they had advised us that this would happen we were able to work around this. At no time were we without electricity or cold water, so we were not inconvenienced at all. The engineers were friendly and efficient - more concerned with working than having multiple tea/ coffee-breaks. Work was completed to schedule, the engineers tidied up after themselves and took away the old unit. Before leaving a detailed explanation of the boiler controls and the temperature unit was provided along with linking these to the appropriate manuals for our future use. Before finally leaving the engineers required to know if we needed anything else, or did not understand anything that they had explained. We are now a month on after installation: the boiler; central heating and hot water have all worked well during this first period. Shortly after installation we were contacted by the Boiler Exchange admin to ask if all had gone well and had we any comments. They also advised that the would contact us in about one year to see if we would allow them to carry the annual service. I had some reservations about replacing our boiler as we had had problems with a couple of firms of plumbers who both came and quoted to carry out work on our shower and despite many emails and messages left on mobiles, both companies failed to turn up and carry out the agreed work. I was pleased with the way that Boiler Exchange carried out the job, and this has gone someway to restoring my faith in British Workmen. If you are looking for a replacement boiler I would strongly recommend that you contact them and get a quote - I do not think that you will be disappointed

Nov 01,2017I had more than one quote for a boiler replacement, but when the surveyor from the Boiler Exchange came to my home I realised he really knew his stuff and made it all so simple and straightforward. (And only a cat owner will appreciate this - my most nervous and shy of cats trotted right up to him with her tail straight up in greeting - so I knew I could trust him.) The two plumbers were great. They were hard working and upbeat in pretty difficult surroundings and so courteous. My Mum is thinking of a new boiler and I already have her convinced to use Boiler Exchange. Another matter worth mentioning is that they quote you a fixed price, so if anything goes wrong and they need more materials than originally thought you don't pay for it. Boiler Exchange takes it on the chin. Plus you only pay once the job is done and there is no deposit required.

Showed me the boiler working and how to control it..i love it.. thanks to Chris who explained the procedure and for arranging the work to be done so quickly...i would not hesitate in recommending this company...superb! Sep 08,2017excellent from start to finish,new combi-boiler fitted and old tank and pipes also removed,header tank in loft disabled, all completed in one day,no mess and guys were a pleasure to have in our home,no hard sale and very good price as we had checked out over 6 companies,we wanted the top of the range boiler and this company delivered.Highly recommend Mr &Mrs Bowler Ayrshire thank you very much.

Jun 23,2017The whole experience of renewing a very old boiler I must say filled us with fear. From our first meeting with Chris to meeting the two gas engineers our fear turned to complete trust in the company, The two gas engineers Barry & Garry were true professionals and two great guys a credit to the company. They removed the old boiler and fitted the new one in what seemed to me very painless. The cleaned up, removed all debris and explained how to work the new timer etc. I would highly recommend The Boiler Exchange, Thank you James & Catherine

May 19,2017Two guys arrived to install new central heating boiler. They attended to this efficiently and with the least possible disruption. Everything went well but a few small problems removing old boiler delayed them a bit, but did a good job.
