Dec 07,2020Really can't fault the Company. It was an easy process from the initial survey to fitting the boiler. Chris came out and fully explained the best replacement boiler for my needs, was friendly and clearly knows his stuff. The fitting date was organised for the following week and James turned up to fit it, again friendly and great at his job. I'd have no problem recommending them and will definitely use them again for my annual service. A big thanks

Chris came to the house straight away and gave us the quote I was expecting after been quoted obscene amount before.... installed it the next day no hassles Mark and Norrie quality.... couldn’t have been any better.

Nov 25,2020I've been very impressed by the Boiler Exchange and would recommend them. In the initial survey, Chris identified an issue with the gas supply pipe diameter to my old boiler. He explained it to me and recommended the boilers that would work with this pipe diameter, removing the need for a costly new gas pipe fitting. Others who provided quotes did not pick up on this issue which would have resulted in unexpected cost and delay during installation. The installation by James was performed quickly, will little mess and the boiler is working well.

Nov 24,2020My experience with the Boiler Exchange was excellent and I cannot recommend Chris enough. My letting agents advised me the boiler had broken in my flat and it would be extortionate to either fix or replace. Their contractor was quoting me for what turned out to be a very sub standard boiler at a mark up of about 4 times what it was worth. Chris sussed out exactly this scenario without even knowing the figure or boiler brand. He carried out a survey that very day at my flat, and had the job booked in days later. Whilst the cost was more than I was quoted by the letting agent, it was for a much higher quality boiler, and the flexibility of the payment plan meant I was not out of pocket at the worst possible time of year. Chris kept me updated throughout the process and sent me all the relevant information I needed to make an informed decision. I cannot thank them enough for such a first class service.

Nov 20,2020An excellent service from Chris is the sales team who worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted but advised of things I did not need ensuring I did not agree to purchases I did not require. It was a very quick service from order to fighting within a week. The two workmen were very friendly approachable and very knowledgable of there trade. The work was completed in a day and was very clean and tidy. Over all very happy with the service I received.

Chris who came out for the initial survey was full of helpful information and advice on what would be the best boiler for us then the installation team of James and Norrie did a great professional job in just over a day and a half. Our new Viessmann boiler works like a dream and we are noticing a huge improvement in the warmth of the house and the performance of our shower. A fine job guys with top class service.

Emailed my request for a quote on the Monday, had the survey done by Craig on the Tuesday & had a brand new lpg boiler supplied and fitted by James on Friday. Professional, courteous and true to their word from start to finish. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Would absolutely use BoilerExchange again but as the equipment is of such high quality, I probably won’t have to!
