May 14,2021Hard to understand why they only have 1 review. They installed out boiler and we were informed and well advised at all times. They were professional, quick and reliable. Months later we had a leak we thought it was due to a pipe (ended up being rain), but even if it was not their fault, Chris came along to inspect as if it was their problem too. If you need to replace your boiler, this is where you stop searching. Highly recommended.

Apr 27,2021I needed to replace an 18 year old combi boiler and obtained different quotes from a different range of companies. I decided to go with THE BOILER EXCHANGE COMPANY in Glasgow as Chris their surveyor gave the most detailed survey before advising not only the most suitable make and model but one which fitted best to my existing pipework. This meant that there would be minimal amount of upheaval and no extra costs involved during fitting. The actual installation was carried out 3 days after initial survey and completed on the day, to a high standard of workmanship by Peter.

Chris, the surveyor, visited just a few hours after my initial contact to figure out what needed done, and give us a fixed quote, accounting for all the complexities of our particular roofwork etc. Within a week, the old boiler and tank were removed and replaced. Peter, the engineer, was extremely friendly and pleasant, and did a brilliant job leaving no mess behind at all. Overall we're very happy with the service we received. The best thing was probably the fixed cost after the survey - other providers were offering us a "fixed cost" but we had to provide a cherry picker or scaffolding ourselves, which would have complicated and expensive. Thanks again!

Apr 14,2021Can't rate these guys highly enough. We had a brand new boiler fitted and our old hot water tank removed. Fantastic communication and service throughout. We were given a very fair price which did not increase from the initial quote, despite discovering the job was bigger than first anticipated due to the age of our home/boiler. This meant no surprises/nasty shocks along the way. Chris was fantastic and we can't fault him. Peter and Aaron were great and left no mess behind. Very polite and took the time to answers any questions we had. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their boiler fitted and we will certainly go with them again in future.

They were so upfront about everything no hidden extras or anything like that. Felt at ease with this job their confidence and work ethics are second to none. Felt they went above and beyond the call of duty. Mar 17,2021I got quotes from other companies however Chris was the only one who gave me a quote, which included everything I wanted for my new heating system. He was great at explaining everything clearly. Peter and Aaron turned up exactly on time on the day arranged and worked all day. Unfortunately, it was more complicated than expected so it took another day to complete. They even stayed until past 9pm on a Saturday to make sure all the work was completed. Peter and Aaron were brilliant! They gave me updates throughout the day, were very knowledgeable and friendly. They definitely deserve the 5 stars!

Mar 11,2021Boiler decided to be broken Monday, made a phone call to these guys, had an appointment on the next day to sort out options. Day after that, new boiler fitted. Some team, can't fault them. Usually if I find something I will mark down. The consultation was great with 'Colin,' ( Chris )Very professional. Dead easy going with no pressure and could answer any questions, even ones from University Challenge. Managed to get a fix the next day after going for the new boiler and price. Guys turned up and had us sorted by around 16:00 Hrs or so. Fitters were great, no mess and actually wiped his soldered couplings the way you should to stop the flux greening the pipe later. No leaks . Great job. Thank You all. Will Recommend. X

Feb 24,2021Fantastic service. I enquired about a boiler and Chris came round to survey my flat within a day or two and by the end of the week I had a new boiler installed! The engineers were great and worked quickly. Chris also went over and above by helping me with some follow up enquiries after the installation was completed which was very much appreciated!
